hello everyone,
usually as a snack (afternoon) i eat some fruits - apple, pears etc
im considering to eat banana. what do u think is it too high on the glycemic scale or after all is calories in calories out ? ive just saw that the watermelon and the pineapple are even higher as far as the glycemic index is concerned?

People pay far too much attention to that index. It's fruits, it can't possibly hurt you to have one no matter the type.
