hello everyone,
usually as a snack (afternoon) i eat some fruits - apple, pears etc
im considering to eat banana. what do u think is it too high on the glycemic scale or after all is calories in calories out ? ive just saw that the watermelon and the pineapple are even higher as far as the glycemic index is concerned?
