I'm wondering whats good sset/rep scheem for full body workouts 3 times a week
I don't want to kill myself every time in the gym but i want to lift heavy weight and set prs eveyr workout if possible
heres the routine i'm doing
A
DB incline Press
Weighted Chins
BB Back Squats
DB Clean
Tricep exercise
DB Side Laterals
B
DB Shoulder Press
Weighted Dips
DB 1 arm Rows
Leg Press
Seated Calve Raises
Bicep Exercises
DB Side Laterals
THis week i did 2x4-6 for mostly everything. Tommoro i'm going to workout and do the same sets/reps as monday but add some weight. I need to know if i should continue doing it like this or not?

hey matie, i'm doing something sorta similar. For the last 2 months, my workout has been (varied order)
squat, bench, shoulder press, pull up, dips, curls
i variate between DB and BB, chins instead of pullups sometimes and all sorts of curls etc.
I work out sunday, tuesday, thursday. rep schemes are 5x5,3x8,2x15Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face
