I'm gonna cut soon. I'm currently 5'11 195 with a 34.5 waist and probably 15% BF. I wanna cut down to around 180 with 31-32 inch waist and hopefully under 10% BF
What should I pick up to help. I already know most of what there is to know about cutting. I just need some extra help.
