Cottage Cheese Recipe
I can NOT stand eating cottage cheese plain. Are there any healthy ways to make it taste more appealing???

well I am sure you have heard of peanut butter mixed in?
or fruit
cinnamon
flavored protein powder
black pepper
fruit preserves
applesauce
pretty much anything you can come up with.
Most people like to use the peanut butter for the fat content before bed ..its for slower absorption over an 8 hour sleepfest.

the best tasting low calorie mix is a teaspoon of peanut butter and a teaspoon of vanilla yogurt..its real low calories, about 180 with a half cup of cottage cheese.

MMMMmmm!!! I think that sounds good. Kind of a mexican dip. You could add salsa too. What do you dip in it? Or do you just eat it?

triscuit. you can use tortilla chips if you want it to be all mexican'ish. Just realize that with the avocado you can't have it as a meal unless you're in the mood to bulk. Use it as a party snack, people can't even tell its healthy and they'll gobble it up.

Get some SF FF pudding and mix that with it, maybe with some skim milk too if its too thick. You could make chocolate pudding with it! MMM
