    preacher bench

Ok spelling aside... I am thinking about building the preacher's curl attachment... Is there a set angle it needs to be? I have the steel and the tools, and it is a good excuse to use them. I am going to see if Dick's has one cheap enough, then I will make the attachment.
    Thanks

Not sure of the angle bro, but make sure you pad it out real nice to save your elbows.
Even some preachers you can buy don't have enough padding.

Go to a gym and measure the angle of their one.
