It seems fine. Course don't know how much calories it is and your stats. But the foods you chose are good. I would get some simple carbs post workout though (gatoraide, sugar).

I’m 5’11, 211 with 15% bf. I’m not trying to lose that much, just about 6-7% by mid February. I’ll do 30 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week, on lifting days I’ll do it after lifting. I’ll either do 30 mins on a cross trainer, run 2.5 miles in 20 mins with a 5 min warm-up and a 5 min cool down or some HIIT cardio for 15 mins. Oh I don’t know if this matters but I’ll take a stacker 2, with ephedra, before my workout just for a boost. I do know that has some fat burning properties, I think….
