I did a search and I read Dorian and fitnessman's article on Keto diets.
I can't seem to figure out where this "carbbing up" is prescribed.
Is it?
Someone have a good link for me?
Thanks,
Brian

Re: What does "carb up" mean?
a high carb day is good once per week.. Fitnessman recommends 24-36 hours... using the same calories you normally would on your keto diet, but using a 30%protein 60%carb 10%fat ratio...
I dont know a link for ya, but this is what Ive read from him before.Anxed
Pull another face
rip another hide
steal the waning moon
from a dying bride
all the world must die
all the world must die
ripped and skinned alive...
