39 and in the best shape of my life..
I began a long road back to health and a total body transformation in January of 2006. A year and a half ago I was 185 lbs and at least and most likely more than 20% bodyfat. By hard, consistant training and super clean eating, I've gotten further than I've ever been in my life with no intentions of ever slacking off again!
*** Wow..such controversy! I posted in the Members Photos forum first and didn't get any of this Photoshop persecutuon at all there. I felt I had to, for my own defence, post an on the spot photo to show that I'm on the level. The bottom pic was taken cold...no pump..no oil..just me in my bedroom mirror. several people suggested I pose with a spoon! to ensure that I was taking the pics on the spot. I went along for the fun of it so again: here's your f*@&ing spoon pic! I'm soo done defending myself. To all who showed their support, I sincerely thank you. the rest..SHUT UP AND GO WORK OUT!

That is a mind-boggling transformation for a year and half! Had you trained earlier in your life, so that you had muscle memory to draw on, or was this all new gains?
Either way, truly amazing.

If that is truly you and you truly are 158 congrats but that really does look a lot heavier than 158 at 5'7"
either was it doesnt matter.
out of interest- did you use any substances to attain the phsyique? I have no issues with people using gear as stillhave to work your ass off to get a body like that.

The flash on top of my camera made the top part of me..especially my face much brighter than the lower portion of the photos which is why it has that appearance. But I assure you, the pics are legit.

Thanks! I had worked out as a teenager and on and off - mostly off - through my adult life but never with any real consistancy but I could always count on muscle memory to kick in and get my size & strength back in a short time. But finding myself the fattest and most out of shape I'd ever been, I was determined to do it right this time. No slacking, eating clean and paying the price.
