Workout and Work

I have a question pertaining to my workout. I workout 5 days a week M-F. As followed; Mon-Chest, Tues-Back, Wed-Legs, Thur-Delts/Traps, Fri-Arms.

-On Saturday where I work we are very busy. I have to load canoes onto trailors all day long which from 7am-8pm builds to be some heavy labor.
With my body getting worked hard on Saturday would my Arms not have proper time to recover and grow?

-I have noticed some gains in my arms from the past 5 weeks but I don't know if I am giving them enough recover time to really grow.

-I have thought about switching to this M-Arms, T-Legs,W-Delts, Tr-Back, Fri-Chest. Only thing is if I am not getting proper Recovery time I would rather have a bigger chest than arms.

-An option could be to Add my arm workout into 2 days along with other muscle groups and then take Friday as a Rest day but I do not prefer to work them after a bigger muscle group.

-I eat very often and good amounts of clean food.
