Hi everybody

My friend has a girlfriend,he uses some steroids and junk food so this makes him a lot horny.

One day he said me that masturbating is funny but very harmful for muscle growth in bodybuilding.It stops growth and reduces size of muscles.

Being honest I'm a young man and I did it before.When I heard this opinion from my friend I felt like I'm guilty and made something very wrong.

What do you think about this opinion?

Is it true? or False?

Please tell the reasons in addition to your answers.I just really need only information.

Haha no don't worry about it if your english actually isn't very good. Theres just a lot of people who post that know english perfectly fine, and they still don't know how to write correctly.

I saw a study that said that masturbating increases the testosterone level in males so the opposite is probably true. I don't think it makes a significant difference either way.
