Actually, do you know how tall you really are. You older guys might be in for a shock. The last time i measured my height I was probably 20 years old. I finally stopped growing at a height of 5"11". For the next 25 years I always stated I was 5'11" until yesterday. I have actually shrunk to 5'9". So If you haven't checked you height for quite a while and your 40 or older you might not be as tall as you think.

I am 37 and had to go to the doctor recently.
I have shrunk 2 inches !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My girlfriend has been doing yoga for 3 months, and she has "grown" 1".
We are now the same height.
I will be adding yoga to my routine.Aussie Aussie Aussie!

I always claimed to be only 5'4". I measured my height recently and was 5'3". If I keep on training I'll be able to join the circus!!

I know that if you gain weight, it compresses the spine and makes you shorter. I dont know if losing weight will make you taller though.
