From Houston here been going to Ballys off 290 , Memorial, and Barker Cypress since I was 18 also been to La fitness on Barker Cypress and the one on Silber and also tried 24hr fitness the old one by the galleria. They are going to close down the Ballys off 290 March 16 so Ill be sticking to Memorial and Barker Cypress for now but also I just got a Golds Gym membership so Ill be going to Ballys and Golds off Hw6 and Clay got a good deal since they are closing Ballys, they changed my monthly fee to $10 a month and will be paying $10 a month at Golds also. Im kinda of an advanced lifter been doing it for years more focused on bodybuilding than anything else. If anybody goes to these gyms hit me up.

It feels a little weird asking this, but I'm kinda looking for a weightlifting/workout partner.
I use the University of Houston Recreation Center and would like to go there. I have access to 24 hour fitness, but not their top tier gyms. Most of the 24's around me aren't very good except for the premium ones.
Anyways, in the next 3-4 weeks I'll be hitting the gym 4-6 times a week for 1-2 hours at a time with the intent to build muscle mass. I'm experienced in the gym but have been lax for a few years and need to get back into it for gains. 22 year old male University of Houston student btw.

Living in Katy now and need a cheap gym that has bumpers for my olympic lifting. Any body know of a place off I10 from 99-the beltway like this? Tryed one of the crossfit places, but they weren't about it, only offering the group cf classes which I do not want to do.
