    Someone told me to do sit ups, crunches, and push ups, every single night, before bed? Should I?

    No...that is just stupid. Tell the guy that told you that he is a moron. If you are consistently working out then doing pushups, situps, and crunches before bed will do nothing to your gains. You might even start overtraining. I also heard that doing physical activity before bed will make it harder for you to sleep. If you're gonna do anything before bed it should be a good old wank. That'll never fail you.
