    help with overtraining

    hey everyone got to make this quick cause i need to work out! i usually do around around 18 - 20 sets for large muscle groups and around 14 -16 for smaller ones. today i need to do my tri s and i just changed my program around and i also thought maybe im overtraining. i put on around 15 kg of muscle in my first year following this routine. now since its after x mas and iv done one year of training i want to make sure im doing things right. what mass builders are there for triceps and how many sets should i do? also if u have any other exceptional exercises please post them

    btw my arms went from 12.9 to 14 inches in one year following this routine but i havnt seen much growth these last few months

    for tris do 2 warm up sets of close grip bench then 3 working pyramid sets. then do overhead tricep extension 3 sets and pyramid if you want. then do pushdowns drop set.

    so am i doing too many sets for my muscle groups? so far im going to do the usual mass builders, dips, skullcrushers and close grip bench, and im looking for a few more exercises for a bit of shape. i reckon il ldo 3 sets for each exercsie
