    Most productive rep range for Triceps?

    Just wondering what you guys have found to be the rep range that produces the most growth for Triceps, any comments will be appreciated as well.

    Try doing timed sets for a while. My tris grow very well from timed sets better then any other method I have used. I like band pressdowns for 3-5 minutes doing 1-3 sets 2x a week but you should adjust to however you need it

    Same answer, the ONLY way to MAXIMUM size is to do different rep ranges. Even if one got HUGE for low or high reps, they could get slightly bigger by doing some sets in the other range.

    The muscles adapt specifically to the stress imposed on them.
