i assume that you guys all get it from the grocery aile instead of getting it from the butcher?

I tried to go to a professional butcher shop and he charged 5.25 for a lb of chicken breast. Before he could finish packing it, I jetted.

Is this the type that you guys get?

Its about 50p a 200g breast in the UK.

So in US before the dollar got so ****ing weak thats about 85 cents im guessing, now due to your ridiculous inflation it is about $1 per breast. Ah well works out cheap enough.

Buy them frozen in a bag, bang them in the freezer, pull 3 out, put them in your fridge in the morning when u wake up, go to work, come back, cook them then make sandwiches from them.
Stick to the basics, heavy compund lifts, some isolation work and a hell of a lot of food and rest!

I recommend you get split breasts. Now a good bit of the weight comes from the bone but still around here split breasts are pretty readily available for barely over $1.00 a lb. Just a little extra work of peeling the breast and tenderloin off the bone nd you're going to come out a fair bit cheaper than buying the breast and tenderloin alone.
