my routine
week 1:
flat bench barbell press: 4x8-10
incline bench dumbbell press: 4x8-10
flat bench dumbbell flye: 4x8-10
week 2:
incline bench barbell press: 4x8-10
flat bench dumbbell press: 4x8-10
incline bench dumbbell flye: 4x8-10
notes:
1. rotate back and forth between routines each week
2. always train to FAILURE!!

my routine consists of 3 sets 10/8/6 rep range (chest, shoulders, triceps)
Dumbbell Flyes
Incline Bench Press
Flat bench press
Dumbbell press
push ups
chest dips
dumbbel side laterals
dumbbell front raises
delt flyes
military presses (dumbbells or Barbells)
Overhead tricep extensions
Dumbbell kickbacks
tricep dips (using chairs and/or bench)
