    anyone know of an awesome chest routine

    if so culd ya tell me it im lookin to get my chest a bit bigger.say an inch or 2

    my routine

    week 1:
    flat bench barbell press: 4x8-10
    incline bench dumbbell press: 4x8-10
    flat bench dumbbell flye: 4x8-10

    week 2:
    incline bench barbell press: 4x8-10
    flat bench dumbbell press: 4x8-10
    incline bench dumbbell flye: 4x8-10

    notes:
    1. rotate back and forth between routines each week
    2. always train to FAILURE!!

    Incline Bench Press (3x5-1)
    Flat Dumbbell Press (2x6)
    Weighted Parallel Bar Dips (2x6)
    Incline Dumbbell Flye (1x8)
    220lb Junior RAW
    465/345/505

    mine is ......

    flat db press : 4 sets / 6-8 reps
    incline bench press : 3 sets / 6 reps
    cable crossovers ( heavy ) 3 sets / 6-8 reps
    decline bench press : ( heavy as possible ) 3 sets / 6 reps

    i often finish off with sum light dumbbell flies or pec dec

    3 sets / 12 -15 reps

    my routine consists of 3 sets 10/8/6 rep range (chest, shoulders, triceps)
    Dumbbell Flyes
    Incline Bench Press
    Flat bench press
    Dumbbell press
    push ups
    chest dips
    dumbbel side laterals
    dumbbell front raises
    delt flyes
    military presses (dumbbells or Barbells)
    Overhead tricep extensions
    Dumbbell kickbacks
    tricep dips (using chairs and/or bench)
