I grow tired of the endless bull**** in this sport...bodybuilding continues to get ruined by selfishness. Every few years promoters have disagreements and someone starts a new ****ing organization...I might go back to just being a hockey player

I'm just waiting to get the full story...i've heard one side of it so far. Back in 2014, I had made the decision to compete in the IFPA moving forward after the WNBF's dumbass ban on 5 AT...I was prepared to compete in the IFPA, now this. We'll have to wait and see what happens

Yea man, seems really annoying, espc with all the little drug testing differences. Then you just look at some guys, espc some of these over seas guys that are all coming up each and every year looking more and more freaky. IDK man not here to point fingers or whatnot at all but stuff needs to get unified. And I really thing OTC products should be good to go, and if the FDA bans them, you should have a one year grace period IMO. Lifetime natty takes OG core hard, now banned no ...shouldn't be this way. Agree way to many orgs

The petty bull**** over banned substance lists is beyond stupid. Honestly, I don't give any thought to who's using what...I don't give a sh*t. First off, if someone is so pathetic that they are going to use sh*t and try to compete in a natty show, **** 'em, because they aren't working as hard as I am anyway if they need to cheat. As for the people pointing fingers, I won't listen to these whiny little ****s who complain about who they think is using...allocate your time towards improving your physique rather than worry about what others are doing. I just want to work my ass off, bring my best and get on the ****ing stage...can't be that simple though, because promoters can't agree on sh*t...that's part of why this sport is a joke and no one takes it seriously

Even though i've done 10 x 10 with 350 lbs on squats before, I decided to use 315 lbs today, because I was supersetting with curls and extensions, wanted to keep perfect form on all 100 reps and wanted to maintain fast tempo (minimal rest in between sets)

Thanks! 10 x 10 on deads is challenging, but throwing in band tension on h-squat in between every set along with curls and extensions kicks it up a notch. I got sore as hell from this workout!

Yeah I am running cliff wilson's PBP now and loving it but after 4 cycles(4 months) of it I plan on trying some GVT based off your workouts they seem intense

Although I have been implementing GVT on all my Squat and Deadlift workouts the last few weeks, I changed things up Sat AM, because of the volume of work I was doing outside of the gym. Between Friday morning and Saturday evening, we got around 16-18 inches of snow and so I shoveled my 200 yard driveway about 4 times and also shoveled a friend's driveway twice. I didn't think it was a good idea to do 10x10 on deads with 400+ lbs (since my back and entire body was likely fatigued). In my effort to train smarter and avoid an unnecessary injury, I switched gears and did 5 sets of 20 with 315 lbs, which was a nice change of pace.
