Aight i bin eating potatoes, rice, veggies, steak, chicken breast, roast, oatmeal, peanut butter(wheat bread etc), eggs, cottage cheese ..... and some other **** i forgot some
I need more ideas for more groups of food... cause i can't eat all this **** forever..
