    howes this westside/hybrid routine??

    Ok im planning a routine and was wondering if you guys thought it would be solid, seeing as how you all train for strength like myself.

    DAY1 ME BENCH DAY
    1. ME BENCH EXERCISE for 1-3 rep max
    2. db bench (either flat or incline or maybe decline) 3-4setsx6-12 reps
    3.tricep assistance
    4. light shoulders (raises, facepulls, etc)

    Day2 LEGS/BACK
    1.PL style squats or box squats at parallel in the 3-5 rep range
    2.bent over rows
    3.shrugs
    4.ghrs
    5.abs

    day3 rest

    Day4 DE BENCH
    1. speed bench
    2. OH PRESS
    3. triceps
    4. light raises

    Day5 Back/Legs
    1. Deadlifts
    2. OLY squats
    3. Pull-ups
    4. Rows
    5. Abs
    6. Biceps/grip

    Day6 and 7 rest

    what is your primary goal?

    i'd put chest and back together.

    you dont have many exercises for your legs...why? 2 each day?

    Why no speed box squats?
    You need to hit hams and glutes alot more. They are really the key. Do GMs or SLDL or something. Sumo deads are good too.
