no... if you can't put on weight easily then you are probably an ectomorph...
you can be a mix though:
ectomorph
ecto-mesomorph
meso-ectomorph
mesomorph
meso-endomorph
endo-mesomorph
endomorph
at 158 you should be gaining decent mass at 3200-3300 calories if you are a mesomorph... if you find you need about 4000 calories per day to gain weight then you are an ectomorph for sure... also if you are tall and lanky there is a good chance you are an ecto. If you are more naturally of a solid build then you are probably closer to a mesomorph. If you are round and heavy, you are probably and endo.

Yeah, I would say you should be able to tell by looking at your bone structure. If you're narrow-shouldered and have a short torso, you're probably ectomorphic.
In terms of wrist circumference, the general rule is that if you wrap your thumb and forefinger around your wrist, and they either touch or overlap, you're probably an ectomorph.
If so... join the club.

lol, my thumb covers the entire nail on my index finger when I wrap it around.
