I change my music a lot but recently I have been having a lot of good luck with Disturbed I like:
Meaning of Life
Down with the Sickness
Stupidify
and some others
I also like System of a Down, Adema,Silver Chair,Slayer and some other junk. Music makes lifting intense.Due to the 2nd Law of thermodynamics if one wishes to add order to their life they must add an equal or greater amount of disorder to their surroundings.

not everyone needs heavy rock to get pumped up. I get my juices flowing quite well with some Bob Marley, O.A.R., Sublime, etc.
