I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post
this, but here goes.
I have rather large abs and only work them once
a week. The past two weeks I have encountered
two very strange events while working out.
Last week I was working my abs and my lowest
abs seems to have a twisting feeling and almost lock up. Then today while stretching after working
out my back my middle ab looked like it got stuck
under my lower ab. It basically moved out of place
and felt very twisted. I stopped stretching and

was very strange. Is there any problems that I may
have or does anyone know of this occuring in other

20yr/5'7/230/16%bf - All natural and only supps im on is creatine (Kaizen mixed with gatorade powder)
and a multi vitamin.
Should I stop working my abs entirely? I can still see them and I'm rather "fat". They really aren't
defined, but they are noticeable.
