Official USPLabs Super Cissus RX Reviews: Rebuild Your Joints and Recover!

USPLabs Super Cissus RX can rebuild and help in recovery of damaged/injured joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and muscle. Furthermore, Super Cissus RX actually builds tendon, cartilage, and ligament strength. Super Cissus RX has analgesic properties and therefore is effective at significantly reducing pain.

    Review and Feedback Navigation

There are approximately a few hundred reviews here, some of which are from bodybuilding.com's most highly respected members; this anecdotal evidence shows the true power and efficacy of Super Cissus RX.

To speed up the navigation process and to find results that are similar to your situation, I am providing a simple method:

Let's say that you have 'Elbow Tendinitis/Tennis Elbow' and you want to know if Super Cissus RX helped someone with this injury, you would:

Using your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.), press CTRL+F to bring up the FIND function. Type in your area of injury ('elbow', 'shoulder', 'knee', etc.) and it will search the entire page for reviews from people who have fixed similar problems.

Note: This option will search only the page you are on, make sure to travel to other pages in this thread for this option.

I was directed to Cissus RX by a trusted friend after developing Tendonitis in my left elbow and a connective tissue strain in my right shoulder, both of which were hindering my lifting efforts and causing me pain 24/7. Cissus RX is an extract of the Cissus Quadrangularis herb that has been used for centuries in India and is in capsule form. I always approach herbal supplements with a certain skepticism as I figure, "if it's been around so long and works so well, why haven't I heard of it before?". I had tried the simple ground up herb cissus quadrangularis, but had to discontinue taking it after a week or so due to the courseness of the powder. It was like trying to drink sand mixed with water, and left my throat raw. Enter trusted friend! He told me about the Cissus RX and because I do trust his opinions on many things, I tried it. I also contacted other board members here that had mentioned it in various posts and received good remarks from them regarding it's use.
I took 6 caps/day for two weeks and admittedly, for the first week and a half, I didn't notice much difference, but then I noticed that I was able to sleep easier. The next step was noticing more range of motion without pain in both of my problem areas. By the beginning of the second week, I was PAIN FREE for the first time in months! Now before you say that I could have done the same thing with normal ancdotes (Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin, fish oils etc) let me tell you that I have had two arthroscopic surgeries and a reconstructive surgery all on my left knee. I have taken all of these products for years and they have been quite effective at keeping the knee fluid and strong. Cissus RX targets tendons and connective tissue that these "normal" supps don't do much for. From MY experiences with Cissus RX I would, and have recommended it to friends. I post this here to help others who may be looking for some help with tendonitis or other connective tissue issues without much success. I have no affiliation of any sort to anyone that sells Cissus RX, so I get nothing out of this at all. I only post this information because it worked wonders for me and hopefully will for others as well.
It's a solid "does what it says it will" supplement and deserves a look.
    See ya on the boards!

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=660860

I have had knee problem since Sophmore year of HS during football season. This is probably due to overtraining, but I was young and dumb. You know what they say, the youth is wasted on the young. Well, they're right.

So, I have been put on the NSAID, Mobic, quite a few times by my Orthopedic doc. It usually helps with the pain a bit while I'm on it, and the swelling goes down.

Well, over the Christmas break I was back home from school, and I was running routes with a weight jacket everyday with my buddy that plays college ball just having fun. Apparently, the fun seemed to have put a little too much stress on my knee though, and from doing squats 2x a week, my knee wasn't on good terms with me at the time. So I went in to my Ortho. and he decided it was time to get an MRI, because I might have torn my meniscus. After the MRI, I went back in and he declared it was seriously inflamed and I needed to stay off it for a month. No running, squatting, nothing. He said all 4 ligaments, namely PCL, LCL, MCL, ACL, were all strained and needed a good month off. Also, the meniscus was very inflamed and needed to be rested also.

Well, he presribes the Mobic once again, and I decided (smart I know) to not take it because of the studies I had read that had to do with NSAIDs messing up protein synthesis or something along those lines. It really doesn't hurt much unless I put stress on it, so it was all good.

I tell this entire story, so there is some background info. that I have suffered this injury for a good long time now on and off. I know how it feels when it's inflamed and when it's not and all those other pain factors.

Well, after one bottle of Cissus, I can honestly say this product has done exactly what it is said to do. My pain went away in less than a week. I actually could bodyweight squats with no sign of pain. I cant get a bit "Rambo"-like at times, and while I was working out I wanted to just go throw the weight on the bar and do some squats, but I digress... I stayed away from squats for about 3 and a half weeks, and then started back up. My knee pain was completey gone and still is. I still have another bottle of Cissus and I plan on buying more also. Cissus worked wonders on my knee problem.

    That is all.
Any questions, feel free to ask.

Stacking it with Celadrin is a powerfull remedy for most of us. Glad to hear that the Animal Flex worked for you. The first is Cissus RX and the second Celadrin. They do a tremendous job of healing joint, tendon and some muscle pains. I started buying each in bulk powder form, capping them and taking mega-doses. For Cissus I took 10 caps ED (about 650 mgs each..ie 6+gms ED) split in two doses AM and PM before meals. I also capped my own Celadrin and took 2 caps Each after meals. In one month I was lifting again, in two months I was lifting very seriously and in three months very heavy. I have never had another problem even when I do some very heavy BPs, shoulder presses etc. I did get a good tip somewhere and used it also. That was to use a stretch band and do rotations from front to back stretching my shoulders slowly and building up to sets of 25 and then 50. It really helped somehow.

They worked so well (Cissus also has an anabolic effect for me) that I have made mega-dosing them part of my daily routine ever since. Viel Glueck.

I would reccomend you see a DR., I mean just to be on the safe side, becasue if its a tear, it will never heal without surgery. i see you take some supplements as well, I would look into taking Cissus Rx, great stuff. I can't see me not taking this stuff ever again. When I first started taking Cissus my shoulder was killing me still, very stiff and throbbing pain, this a year after my second surgery. I began taking Cissus, within a month or so, I noticed less pain, with more flexabilty as well as strenght. i would def look into it tough.
Good luck with your progress, But if you can, go see a DR....

It worked great and all my pain went away, how it works and why it helped me so much I can't really explain, but there are post by reps explaining the product and how it works.

After taking the NHA stack, I had huge gains, but it came with some joint pain. After doing some research on a good stack to follow the NHA stack, I have decided to follow it up with a stack of Cissus RX and Ecdysten; I am currently in my first week on this stack.

It took probably a full year for each arm before I was totally pain free and lifting heavy again. My arms do look different now. My biceps, when I strike a pose, are much longer then they used to be. I also do have some issues if I do a lot of bicep/forearm work. Cissus RX has helped me a lot, especially with my shoulders. It's great for tendons. Do some research on here and see if it's something that could help you. Good look in your recovery.

I'm not here to pimp any products, so don't take this the wrong way. But my right elbow was bothering me alot recently, It was getting to the point where I was worried that I was going to have give up the skull crushers. And it was even starting to bother me doing standing curls. After searching the board and reading about cissus rx, (although quite skeptical of all the hype) I decided to give it a try. I used one full bottle, dosed at 6 to 8 caps a day. It helped me tremendously. Within a week, the pain was almost completely gone. I have no idea what it will do for you, as everyone responds differently to different things. But for less than $20 a bottle, it might be worth a try. It worked for me. It's been about 3 weeks since I ran out of the stuff, and although my elbow has some ache at times, The real pain has not come back. And I'm doing relatively heavy (for me) skullcrushers.

I learn to work around it and do what I can, and do it with 110% intensity. If you want it bad enough, your willpower can overcome these injuries.

My hope is that many of you find encouragement from my injuries if you experience any!

My problem before originally starting cissus in April was both of my rotator cuffs. They prevented me from lifting very heavy on barbell pressing movements. However, as you will notice in the strength gain section I have been lifting much heavier and have gotten significantly stronger over the last couple weeks. I believe that both the joint and tendon repairing elements combined with the anabolic qualities of cissus come together to increase strength significantly. Even if I were strong enough before to lift heavy weight, I could because of the severe pain when doing such a movement with that weight. Now, it's no problem. I most definitely attribute this to the cissus, which I'm VERY thankful for.
    Strength Gains
This is the last triceps and chest workout I did before starting the cissus/symmetry stack. I just took two exercises that I think are good indications of strength gain. Judge for yourself....

    135 x 12
    185 x 10
    205 x 8
    225 x 6

    Skull crushers
    65 x 12
    85 x 8
    85 x 7
This is my triceps + chest work out on day 12 of this log...

    135 x 15
    185 x 12
    205 x 12
    235 x 8
    255 x 3

    Skull crushers
    75 x 10
    85 x 10
    95 x 7
2 more reps on 185, 4 more reps on 205 and at first only 6 reps with 225 and later 8 reps with 235.
    Anabolism

As far as I can tell, I'm putting on some LBM. I don't have access to bf calipers. But just judging from my appearance in the mirror, I don't seem to have put on any extra bf. And since my strength has gone up and I feel bulkier, I believe I have added some definite LBM. Very impressive considering the bulk of that mass was added in the first week! I can only imagine what will happen once Symmetry X is added. Needless to say, I'm very excited about it.

    Summary

Besides just looking at the numbers, I can honestly say that I feel bigger, fuller and definitely stronger. The only thing I think will be upsetting is losing that everyday "fullness" from cissus. That is a very pleasent side effect. Hopefully, by continuing to train hard and eat a lot I can keep the strength gains I made.

I'm very pleased with this stack. It's definitely surpassed my wildest expectations at this point. I had faith that it would work to some degree, but not like this. I put on weight fast, gained significant strength fast (only a couple weeks) and my muscles are full like helium balloons all day long. I don't think I want to come off this stack!!

I would like to show you all something I find interesting. Here are my average weights for the previous four weeks to starting megadose cissus/symmetry.

    Week 1: 182.5
    Week 2: 183.6
    Week 3: 182.7
    Week 4: 184.8
Week 5: 186.7 (First week of cissus)
    Week 6: 188.9

Make up your own opinions. I'm impressed.

USPLabs sent me three (3) bottles of Cissus and one (1) bottle of Symmetry X. The cissus (130 capsules per bottle x 3 bottles / 15 caps a day = 26 days worth) lasted 26 days megadosed. Then I had about half a bottle of cissus left over which I'm still taking, but only at a lower dose. So I'm going to officially end the log on the day I stopped taking 15 capsules a day (day 26) which is also the day that I officially ran out of three bottles worth of cissus. However, I am still taking 10 caps a day along with 6 caps of symmetry which will be gone in less than two days.

I would like to summarize my experience these last month or so. Gains came quickly for mass. I put on five pounds in no time, in less than a week and then it flucuated there for the remainder of the time anywhere between 2.5-6 pounds gained. I'm now at a steady 6-7 pounds above where I started. I started at 185.8 and I'm now 193.

Strength gains were a different story. Strength stayed the same until symmetry was introduced. Strength went up significantly during weeks 2-3.5. They seem to have now leveled off. I'm very impressed with the gains I've made. I put up a new personal best yesterday on bench of 290lbs (1RM).

Cissus' healing effects were apparent from the very start. I had been using cissus at 4-6 caps a day for about 3 weeks prior to this log. My shoulder was already in perfect working order. I had some trouble with it near the end as the weights were going up, but I believe it was just an isolated incident because my shoulder is now fine under the same stress. I will continue to use cissus for as long as I can afford to at the doses I can afford to use.

I want to thank USPlabs for giving me the chance to test this wonderful product for them. It was, by all means, my pleasure. I hope this log served it's purpose and that a lot of people were turned onto the truth of the effectiveness of this product when megadosed. I myself was a tad bit skeptical at first, but I had a feeling I'd be surprised. I definitely was. I will be megadosing cissus, symmetry and I will add powerfull in next time, some day again.

I would recommend this to anyone, but particularly people who are stuck at a plateau or someone who doesn't want to lose muscle mass during a cut. I believe megadosing cissus and symmetry would help one keep their muscle while losing fat. For the majority of this log I was eating hardly above maintenance and I was gaining as if I was eating 5,000 calories a day. Five pounds in the time frame that I gained it is miraculous in my book.

(the below are the averages of a 3 point method)
    Starting Bf% = 7.4%
    Ending Bf% = 7.2%

So all in all, there was about a 4lb lean mass gain with a slight reduction in bodyfat.

Strength remained constant throughout, even though I stopped taking creatine right before starting the trial.

Joints, they feel just fine. My back is however immensely improved over where I was about 45 days ago (I was more or less immobile).

I am very pleased with these results and am probably gonna take a week off from everything but protein and EFAs and then use the PowerFULL I have on hand...

Lots of the reviews for this supplement are a little dated, so I wrote a quick one if you search my post history. I was really amazed at the analgesic effects I was getting. I had to keep bugging Jacob to ask whether it was just a fluke or not (he was very helpful in answering my many dozens of PM?€™s )!!

Needless to say, if I had the funds I would easily make this a staple supplement in my regimen. Any time I get a funky joint or feel that my stability in my rotator cuffs are below standard, I?€™ll be quick to order the new Super Cissus Rx. No need for NSAIDS that?€™ll just cause ulcers and inhibit muscle hypertrophy. Cissus Rx is anabolic and helps REBUILD rather than tear down.

I think my ego mainly contributed to the cause of the elbow issue initially because i was simply going too heavy on skullcrushers and db overhead presses with BAD forms. Nonetheless, I think Cissus Rx can be used as anabolic supplement as well since I've gained 7lbs this month. In conclusion, I'd definitely recommend this combo, I'm finally able to have a joint pain-free workouts again.

So if you are looking for something to help the pain so you can lift, check out Cissus.

If you need more info or have questions pm me.

Good luck with the clout, I will be trying it after my surgery.

Like I said though, the Cissus may help with the pain. Nothing else was working for my knee. I was on 2400 mg Ibuprofen/day, which did nothing. I was then given Tylenol 3's and they helped for a little while, but I would have to keep popping them to feel alright, but then I would have become addicted.

1.) the reviews on anabolic minds were amazingly good pretty much across the board.

2.) i have forearm strains, or forearm "splints" as they have been called by some. this comes from doing heavy barbell or e-z-bar curls. My left knee also bothers me sometimes. It has some scar tissue in there and overall just isn't the healthiest joint

3.) I am doing a cycle of superdrol and thought that combining this with gluc/cond/msm would be great for my joints.

the product comes in 180 cap bottles, however, my bottle had more like 200 caps (it was full, i mean full). Label indicates that you should take 2 seperate servings, one pre-workout, one 5 hours later. I have been following this advice, taking it at 8:30 am and 1:30-2pm each day. Serving size is 6 caps total, which is 3.2g/day. I followed this advice the first few days and noticed that by the afternoon of the second day my forearms were considerably better. Even during a biceps workout I found that the pain had almost completely subsided by day 4.

On day 5 I went up to 8 caps a day to see if i could get any of the anabolic effect of the product that some had mentioned. While my forearms, and even my knee (during, and the day after leg day, which are the worst) felt better and better each day, I can't say that I was really any stronger or had any more muscle endurance other than a normal week to week increase.

So far, I really believe that where gluc/cond/msm fails to deliver, i.e. bones, tendons, etc. this product really works well. I definately has the immediate pain relief of say alleve or something like that. you literally notice it the same day, or the second day at worst. I think that in combination with gluc/cond/msm users would find far less injuries and far less pain in the joints. Definately a good preventative measure, or something that can be used for a nagging injury that doesn't require a doctor or surgeon.

I'd say stick to 6 caps a day split evenly, unless you are planning to megadose. The ppl who have found an "anabolic effect" are taking somewhere around 10-12 caps a day, which is like 6 grams. While I haven't tried it, that would make this product $25 for about 15 days, which is pushing it for something that might not even give you the results your looking for. Overall, I'd rate it as a 9/10, with my only concern being the amount of caps you have to take, and the fact that it's still $25 for 30 days when glu/cond/msm is so much cheaper.

One last note, if you are looking for the same "pain relief" + some lean muscle gain, or you're looking to diet and maintain muscle while saving your joints, you might want to look into the sister product, camphibolic. this product adds green tea and forskolin and has been very effective for some people, and shows more potential for an "anabolic effect" at lower doses. I'll post more as I keep taking it. Hope this helps

Cissus is a naturl herb used for healing damage to tendons, ligaments, muscles, etc. It has worked very well for me. These caps are 600mg each, with a good dose being 3-4g per day. I take 6 caps when I'm bulking (more stress on the joints), which means a bottle lasts about 30-40 days. $25 for 180-200caps.

Yes, I had just been trying to work through it prior to the Cissus RX but the pain had gotten worse and had become constant. I didn't feel like taking Ibuprofen and simsilar every day just to mask the pain, I wanted something that could actually help reverse the damage and in the process get rid of the pain. Cissus RX seems to be doing this for me. It had gotten to the point, that I could no longer do certain lifts (inside hammer curls were simply out of the question) and once it got to that point something needed to be done.

The tendon in my elbow would "click" for lack of a better word, before starting the CRX and it doesn't now, so that's also an indicator. I would think that even with the masking, the swelling and pain would be apparent a few hours after the masking wore off, but since getting the CRX into my system, I have experienced no swelling and only slight pain and then only after heavy lifts. I'm not trying to push CRX on anyone at all. I simply put this out so others would know that there is something to try for tendon pain relief. I wish someone would have told ME sooner! Im hoping over th next few weeks it will no longer be an issue, time will tell. My Dad is a Doctor and is looking it up as I type, he has tried cortisone shots to no avail, so I think this will be his next try. Here is my review of Cissus Rx:

    1. Pump I definitely noticed an increase in fullness during the day while I was on it. I dosed Cissus at 6 caps/day on workout days and 4 caps/day on off days. Now that I am off of Cissus, I just kind of feel "flat" and not as pumped up.

    2. Anabolic effect I can not really comment on the effects of Cissus as an "anabolic enhancer" because for a majority of the two bottles I had injuries I was dealing with.

    3. Healing Cissus Rx definitely helped with these injuries and the pain associated with them. I have achilles tendonitis in my right leg and initally it did not go away. However, on the second bottle of cissus, I felt a huge difference and right now I do not have pain in it. I also have bad knees and Cissus actually made them feel worse for the first 3 weeks. I researched this and it may be due to corisol lowering effects. Though it did get better on the second bottle.

During my log, I also injured my shoulder. IMO, Cissus definitely helped this injury as I was able to lift again with full force in less than a week, for what could have taken 2x as long to heal normally. On the second bottle of Cissus RX, I reinjured my wrist and it has not healed as well. It is still bothering me and I have been in a splint and rested it for 1.5 weeks so far. I ran out of Cissus a few days ago and the pain is definitely up a little over normal.

Would I buy this product? Yes. In fact on my next order I am going to pick up some and maybe megadose it to see if I can see the other effects of cissus.

Last, I would like to thank USPLabs for giving me the chance to test out this product; it really helped me.

Elbow : Meh same old same old. I don't think its injured per say - just clicks
    Back : Not sure yet
Groin : I feel there has been a good improvement
Shin splints : Yeh these are good too
    Knee : Yup, feeling better

What can I say cissus is helping. After only 12 days too, ive got another 40 left hehe.

IE, my biceps workouts progressed throughout the month and even though my main focus was rehab, I was able to increase the weight used when wanted, without any resulting increase in pain --- The best aspect of this was that I was able to get back to what I could determine as a full muscle contraction with the right arm. Previously, any pain would limit me to lifting with the joint (if that makes sense) vs. the muscle.

    FINAL THOUGHTS:

I'm voiding any kind of results with my upper back problem, as I recently found a chiropractor who knows what he's doing and had almost immediate relief with the knots and tension around my shoulder blade after the first visit. He did say that most patients don't have that much relief from chronic injuries after an initial visit, so its possible cissus did play a part in helping that along.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    Why USP Labs?

    1. They were the first to bring cissus into the market as a joint support product

    2. The general feedback on the first CISSUS Rx was pretty impressive.. joint/cartilage support wise. Didn?t really pay attention the mega dosing and such. Plus people close to me and those that I respect in the online forums who tried it said it was promising..

    3. Compared to other companies which may have higher/more potent extracts of cissus, I wasn?t sure whether they contained similar plant sterol compounds etc in them as the USP Lab?s extract.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    How I dosed it:
*Before I start, I took it for joint relief purposes ONLY. Not for the so called Cissus pumps or mega dosing etc*

Day 1-5: 1 cap 10mins before breakfast on an empty stomach, 1 cap 10mins before pre-bed meal

Day 6 onwards: 1 cap 10mins before breakfast on empty stomach

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    Thoughts/Review:

The first few days where I took it were non-tricep days.. didn?t really get to some heavy skulls/extensions till day 4 on it. I went into the set with trepidation (maybe there was a slight.. just slight glimmer of excitement in me to see if this would work) and I slowly worked the weight up. No way I was getting injured cos I thought cissus would work so quickly and that my joints were healed.

Amazingly, I managed to complete my set of heavy skulls without MUCH problem at all. Ok, I?d be kidding if there was none of my old niggling pain AT ALL. But its safe to say the pain was as much as reduced by 90%! I was feeling really really good and I didn?t change the way I did the skulls nor rest periods etc. I even added weight to the previous workout?s set.

Ok, placebo I thought.. take it in my stride and continue with cissus supplementation and see how next week?s higher volume workout goes.

To cut the story short, I completed today?s volume/hypertrophy Delts/Tris workout with NO problem AT ALL. I was really happy.. it was more of a relief that the pain in my right shoulder was gone than elation.. lol. My elbows felt EXCELLENT and the DB overhead extensions and all proved to be no problem. was how I left the gym today.. haha

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    2 week Conclusion:

This will not be the end of this review. I?m not even halfway through the bottle yet, maybe just ?, and I?ll be paying a lot of attention to how my elbow holds up, and also if other joint/cartilage pains I may have (none so far) that may be aided by cissus supplementation.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    OVERALL: 9.5/10

Really tempted to give it a 10, but will hold out to it as some may say its just the relief of a ?small? body part, my elbow. Maybe if it were to help in a ?more important? bodypart like the knee or shoulder/rotators or something, would the perfect 10 be accepted. But we all know I?m REALLY SATISFIED with this and a 10? No prob at all.

Hope I?ve helped with this review and i'll be updating this periodically till the end of the bottle.

Considering what i did today, i was doing skullcrushers which were lowered behind the head and lifted 'backwards' instead of up and forward above my forehead. Total isolation of the tris and my tris/elbows were doing really well, no sign whatsoever of the pain that used to be there.

So much for the apprehension and the 'should i/should i not' hesitation which i had before the set.

Its as good as new! Good stuff. Lets see how week 4 goes.

Effects:Here is my FINAL REVIEW on it.

Its been 5 weeks since i first started on Super Cissus Rx supplementation and i've got only 2 words to say.. IT WORKS.

To cap it all off, i started because of pain (tendonitis?) in my right elbow. This was especially so during tricep exercises where i had to lift with my elbow overhead or when lying down.. basically all kinds of extensions (besides those standing straight bar/v bar cable stuff).

I took it as per the recommended dosage (1 cap pre breakfast on an empty stomach and 1 cap before bed) for the first 5 days before my next tris workout. The pain was gone (about 90%) in these few days. I was thinking no way.. But since it happened, i tired lowering the dosage to 1 cap/day.

    Why?

    1. To save money and 2. to see if this works at a lower/more sustainable dosage.

    And the results?

Magic.. the following weeks of tris work were all awesome with NO PAIN at all.. not even the slightese twitches/disturbances. It was GONE.

Conclusion: A VERY GOOD joint supp for niggling problems. This was my first go at Cissus supplementation and previous joint supps included MSM/Chondroitin/Glucosamine type products and Cissus was far more economical (at my dosage) and works much faster.

Took about 3-4 months on this stuff (mega-dosing for the first 2 months). During this 3-4 months I never missed a workout. As for the pain coming back when off.....all I can say is that I was off for 3 months until recently. The pain has never returned, only taking it now because I feel it is a great tissue support supplement for recovery.

I flipped Jacob a few PM's (actually I pretty much spammed him daily) and he was very kind enough to answer my questions. We've bonked heads in the past but I think he's been a great guy. I had credit with an online supplements vendor due to some problems getting White Blood across the border, so I figured that I'd get two bottles of Cissus Rx and see if it'd help my shoulder problem. And after exhausting the first bottle at 3 caps dosed in the AM and PM, I have absolutely no regrets!!!

Since beginning my training less than a year and a half ago, I realized that flat BB bench just wasn't right for me. I stuck with incline DB presses and that felt pretty good. I managed to pump 225lbs for reps on flat BB but it's just too much of an unnatural movement. My left shoulder always paid the price, despite how strong my delts have gotten.

I've incorporated some different stretching techniques and have worked my cuffs which brought them up a lot. But it would take very little to strike pain in my delts and it'd have me sketching on shoulder day... I'm very relieved now. Cissus Rx has provided much more of an analgesic effect than I had thought, but Jacob warned me to lay off the heavy presses because I might rush into things too soon... good warning, I'm thankful. I'm able to keep up with my chest and shoulder workouts though, all my joints are feeling strong and surprisingly I'm sleeping very hard and deep.

To those who've purchased bulks. You might even want to consider supporting Jacob and buying Cissus Rx. It's fairly cheap, and word on the street is that the extract used in USPLabs/Synergy Muscle's blend is more potent than in bulks. Perhaps this was just banter on another forum, but it did NOT come from Jacob's mouth and I am NOT shilling for his company. To each his own. This is a fantastic product and even if you purchase one bottle, it'll give him some recognition for bringing this to the masses. I'm forever grateful.

I give this product an easy 10/10!!!

    ^ i wrote that sometime before my 3rd meal (8:35 PM)... right now (12:25 AM), my legs feel COMPLETELY rested, and if i didn't have work tomorrow, i'd be tempted go back to the gym for a double (since my gym is now open "24-7"... well from 11:00 PM sun thru 10:00 PM sat);

The real test would be whether or not the "tiredness"/mild tightness in that left glut came back during or after "round 2" of cardio... my left glut had been feeling very tired the past few days. Occasionally, since I strained it slightly this past Spring, it gets mildly sore/"tired". Without Cissus, based on how tired that glut felt during my "1st half" of cardio, it would have (definitely) needed a good day off to feel fresh again. Not with Cissus Rx though...

There was NOTHING! No soreness, stiffness, tiredness, tightness, etc...... my legs felt so "fresh" that I could have EASILY gone for (another) 1-2 hrs! It was so surreal! Granted, I was not experiencing any MAJOR soreness/tightness to begin with... but still, like I said before, that left glut was very "tired" and mildly stiff, and normally, (without Cissus), would have taken a good day of rest to feel fresh again. For the tiredness/mild stiffness to go away, that fast... and without a trace, (with the Cissus) was truly impressive.

This was my usual day off, in that it occured after Day 6 of cardio, (sometimes I take a day off after 5 days... sometimes I've gone up to 8 days straight of cardio); I try to be consistent and go 6 days on, 1 day off, but sometimes I have to adjust my schedule.

Anyways, usually on my day off from cardio, I'll wake up with my legs still feeling tired (perfect timing for a day off!)... but by around 8:30 PM-12:30 AM (after my 3rd/4th meals), my legs will finally feel refreshed/ready to do cardio; occasionally, if I've REALLY gone at, I won't feel ready until the next morning after my day off....... well, let's just say on the Cissus Rx (despite my legs feeling sorta tired/beat up this week, as I've previously described), I woke up feeling COMPLETEY RESTED! ...feeling as though Day 6 of cardio had been a day off! I still took Thursday off because I believe in letting the body rest/heal up - but believe me, I felt NO tiredness/soreness/stiffness/tightness etc.

Thursday morning, I called my uncle, who has actually really gotten into supplements over the past few years, and told him all about the Cissus. I told him mainly for his son (who recently broke his arm playing basketball, and I think injured a few tendons while he was at it ). My uncle was VERY interested in the Cissus for himself as well because he has A LOT of "aches and pains," his primary concern being chronic elbow pain, which he experiences on a daily basis. My uncle told me to bring him up one bottle. When I arrived at his house, he told me that he would share the bottle with his son (my cousin). I did the math and figured, with each of them taking 5 caps/day, it would last them ~2 weeks. Based on many ppl reporting improvements within the first week (and some, like myself, feeling a difference within the first day), I figured a 2 week period would definitely be enough time for my uncle/cousin to decide if the Cissus Rx would help them. My uncle said if it were to work for him, as well as it has for me/others I've told him about, that he would DEFINITELY continue to use it.

Yesterday we had a huge @$$ party at my house and my uncle was over. He came up to me and told me how he's already noticed a difference from the Cissus Rx... within a few hours after taking it!!! He said that the pain in his elbow is not completely gone, but that he noticed "definite relief"... and he's only been on it a day! Imagine how good his elbow will feel after a few weeks of use! I don't blame any of you if you call "placebo" on it - but based on my experience with the Cissus, (as well as some others on here who have noticed differences within the 1st 24-48 hrs. of taking it), and also knowing how "in tune" my uncle is with his body, just like me - I honestly believe that he felt a difference within a few hours after taking it. I mean, after all, since the pain is chronic and always bothers him very much in certain positions, any alleviation would be very noticable.

Not much to report today as far as today's workout, considering it was an off day from cardio, and weights were tris/shoulders/chest (no legs, which is my problem area); but, (in terms of recovery from yesterday's workout), Cissus Rx was - in my famous words - "F*CKING AWESOME!" I woke up and my legs felt mildly tired. That is all... after yesterday's "killer cardio" session - my most intense cardio workout of the year (see post #18 of this thread for details) - my legs were only "mildly tired" this morning. NO soreness/tightness/stiffness/"not quite right" feeling... just 'mild tiredness' (which, btw, wore off completely by early afternoon)! Seriously, my legs would have felt trashed/sore for (AT LEAST) a day/two, w/o the Cissus Rx.

The Cissus Rx has worked wonders for all of his aches and pains, including his bad elbow, which I have described previously. When I had last spoke to my uncle, he had been using the Cissus Rx for less than a day... yet STILL noticed improvement; after using the 2 weeks worth that I gave him, his elbow pain was GONE!!! Next week, when I see my uncle at xmass, I will ask him how he is "dosing" the Cissus Rx. I told him to dose 5 caps/day, split up twice, with food, so I will ask to see how accurate he was in following my recommendations. In addition to his elbow, my uncle noticed improvements with several other "aches/pains." When I spoke to him today, he was ecstatic about how the Cissus Rx has helped with another "aliment" of his: some sort of nerve damage he has in his toes, that he said often gets very painful. He said that the Cissus Rx ELIMINATED this problem completely!!!! This is AWESOME, and very interesting too... like we've all heard about how Cissus Rx helps with tendon/bone/joint.... but (don't know about anyone else), I have not heard of it helping with nerve problems/damage. Very awesome if it does!

Friend #1 at the gym:(Finally!) He has started taking the Cissus Rx and notices a huge difference already (within a week of taking it)... AMAZING, since he has been taking only 3 caps (2.2 grams)/day! Based on the nature of his injury, I encouraged him to up the dosage to 8 caps (6.4 grams)/day. Prior to starting the Cissus, he had some sort of scan (x-ray, mri, or something of that nature - I'll find out exactly when I talk to him next), and he said something about the cartilage in his knee cap being "messed up" (as shown on the scan results). I talked to him just briefly and will get more details later.... I am so happy that the Cissus Rx is helping him.... most likely he will have more scans/tests in the future, for his knee, so it will be very interesting to see how it improves with the Cissus!

This past Friday, when asked her if she felt a difference, she said "nothing yet..." but then I asked how much she was taking, and she said "2 caps/DAY." I reemphasized that she should take AT LEAST 6 caps (=3.66grams)/day. Monday (12/5/05)she took 4 caps, (still only 2.44g) and this afternoon she told me that she felt a "definite difference" (much less soreness than usual) when she got out of bed this morning, which is when she usually feels most sore. Again, I told her to take AT LEAST 6 caps/day to give the Cissus Rx a fair test. Again, she said "okay." Hopefully this time she will listen; I think she will... she was pretty excited about how good she felt today after the 4 caps she had yesterday.

Needless to say, the instant he told me of his problem, I introduced him to Cissus Rx. He had never heard of Cissus Rx and I gave him some "reading material" - this log, as well as that awesome thread started by GrowingGuns, which I have in my sig. I hadn't talked to him for a few weeks now, but today he IM'd me, and I could not have been happier with what he had to say! (here is the applicapable part of our IM conversation):

Shift At 7: Hey I've been taking the cissus rx stuff for about two weeks now, back pain is pretty much gone.
    dressagerulz23: AMAZING!!!! ;-)
    dressagerulz23: so you got some!?!
Shift At 7: hehe... yes two bottles
...I just wish I had part of our conversation (from like right after his injury occured)... only then would you ppl have a true understanding of (yet another) "miracle" Cissus Rx has performed. ...and, he has noticed this kind of significant improvement on only 4 caps/day!!!

Friend #2 at work - Still noticing improvements... like the pain in his elbow is gone during certain motions that used to cause pain. Improvements for him seem to be more gradual, compared to some other people that I've given Cissus Rx, but he is still noticing a "definite difference," and is certain that it's the Cissus Rx ...and in the beginning, he wasn't as consistent... or dosing high enough, as I thought (he was taking only 2 caps/day). So, from the time he started dosing higher/being more consistent, it has not even been 2 weeks. Thusfar, he is very satisfied with the results/how he feels.

Friend #1 at the gym - I saw him yesterday, and he is LOVING the Cissus Rx and the difference he feels with it. He approached me and made some sort of comment about how he's gonna NEED more of this stuff... at which point, I pulled out a brand new bottle and said, "Merry Christmas!"

Friend #2 at the gym - Informed me today that he has started taking the Cissus Rx (been on it for ~1 week now), and notices a HUGE difference (improvement in recovery... like the Cissus is completely eliminating the joint pain that he started to experience again). Needless to say, he is quite satisfied.

Thanks so much again; this stuff is AWESOME!" I was not even aware that my cousin had pulled a hamstring! He, like me, had injured the belly of the muscle. So for my cousin, not only did the Cissus Rx help with the bone/tendon pain in his arm, it also worked miracles on an old hamstring injury as well.

Nothing really new with my uncle - he pretty much confirmed/repeated what he had said when I last spoke with him, going into a little more detail about how awesome Cissus Rx is. Though, he did reemphasize/stress that he felt a definite difference the FIRST DAY on Cissus Rx... telling me again, how, (a few hours after taking the Cissus for the very first time), he held his arm up with the remote to change the channel on the tv, and the typical pain he'd experience in his elbow was gone. Then he described how his elbow pain faded gradually with each day of use; and then how the Cissus Rx helped with the nerve damage in his toes and eliminated the intense pain that it caused.

Now, a few months ago, my uncle told me a wonderful story regarding a coworker of his. Bear in mind that my uncle is a computer programmer. I?€™m not implying that being a programmer means a person is ignorant about supplements/nutrition (my uncle certainly is not!); however, according to my uncle, most of the people he works with are VERY ignorant when it comes to supplements/nutrition/etc.

With that being said, one coworker, who happened to be one of the biggest disbelievers in supplements, laughed at my uncle for merely taking Cissus. And, (originally), when my uncle had offered some Cissus to this coworker, who was also experiencing some chronic tendon soreness that had become quite bothersome, this coworker laughed even harder and would not hear of it.

However, after several weeks of listening to my uncle rant and rave about the Cissus ?€“ without once complaining of the elbow pain that had plague him for so long ?€“ this skeptical coworker took my uncle up on the offer to try some Cissus Rx.

The rest, as they say, is history: After 1-2 weeks (I forget the exact time frame?€? it could have been after a few days ?€“ I will have to ask my uncle for the exact details); but anyways, after a very short ?€œtrial?€? of Cissus Rx, this originally skeptical coworker ordered ?€œbox-loads of Cissus?€?, according to my uncle.

Now, for my new story: Once again, in order to maintain confidentiality, I will refer to this friend as a number. This friend has the honors of being ?€œFriend #1 at my Dream Job?€? (since I am no longer working at the temp. job that I had a year ago, at which time I referred to a few people as ?€œFriend #x at work?€?.

Well, they say everything happens for a reason?€? so maybe this one occasion ?€“ where my ?€œfemale?€? hormone-related imbalance caused me to overeat, resulting in me waking up at 3:30 AM (successfully) fighting off another overeating episode and then ending up at work to use the gym at 6:30 AM, where I ran into one of the night shift workers ?€“ was not by chance.

Anyways, after signing into work and introducing myself to ?€œFriend #1 at my Dream Job?€? (since working out at that hour is a true blue moon occasion for me), we talked briefly about the gym/working out. Friend #1 at my Dream Job then revealed to me how much he missed weightlifting/many aspects of working out that he can no longer do. I questioned him and learned that an older rotator cuff injury was to blame. Almost instantly, Cissus Rx, the ?€œmiracle remedy?€? for such a problem, came to mind.

So, I did my best to convince Friend #1 at my Dream Job that Cissus Rx would really help him. Despite his enthusiasm and eagerness, I was shocked, when I ran into him a few weeks later, to hear that he had ordered 2 bottles of Cissus Rx! After all, when I told him about the Cissus, I had never met him before. Furthermore, I didn?€™t have any of my own Cissus left for him/anyone else to sample. When I had told Friend #1 at my Dream Job about the Cissus, I was eager/enthusiastic, but also sincere and factual, informing him of where he could go online to access some message board testimonials as well as some articles about Cissus, and, most importantly, the USPlabs/synergy muscle site to order (I cautioned him not to fall for other products, like the ?€œbulk-type?€? Cissus products which, from what I?€™ve read, do not seem nearly as effective).

He told me that my enthusiasm, coupled with the ?€œ100?€™s of message board posts?€? that he had read about peoples?€™ positive experiences with Cissus Rx, made him EAGER to place an order.

The next time I saw Friend #1 at my Dream Job was not for a few weeks after he had informed me of his order. It was late at night, and I was on my way out of work after a long session of cardio. He saw me walk by and literally flew over to me, extremely excited, and immediately began telling me his experience with Cissus Rx: ?€œYou would not believe it?€? this stuff is INCREDIBLE!!! On a scale of 1-10, the pain in my shoulder had been about an 8 for the past several years! And, after only ~3 weeks on this Cissus Rx stuff, it is already down to a 3! [My shoulder] keeps getting better each day!

    Strong reviews.

I still stand by what I said. I just wish I had more cissus. Need to give the Super Cissus Rx a try one of these days.

I know this product is for people that have joint problems, but can it prevent potential joint issues?

If 10 caps of regular cissus a day did not work for me, would it be a waste of money to try this version?
