Night time- shwarma and rockstar

Lunch sausage and potato (24)
Snack (230) 2 breaded chicken breasts, handful of spinach (18)
Dinner ? Chinese food (ugh didn?t want it) Donuts
Snack ? Blue berries and Papaya (not feeling great, ****in Chinese)
It was a rough day will run tomorrow and cut a few more calories out of the diet.
Breakfest ? 3 yogurts. Handful of blue berries
Snack 1 ? 2 pieces peameal bacon and 3 eggs scrambled, handful of blue berries
Lunch 0 small Chinese rice and blue berries
Play tennis for 1.5hours
Snack/lunch2 ? Smoothie with milk, yogurt, blue berries, and 3 raw eggs.
Dinner ? spaghetti and meatballs and a side salad.
Beakfest ? 1 chicken breast, watermelon
Snack ? 3 raw eggs, 1 pack of trail mix. Blue berries
Lunch ? two frozen breaded chicken breast and a potato and some blue berries
Dinner ? 3 chicken wraps.
Snack ? 3 raw eggs
Before bedtime snack ? 2 pieces deli chicken, 3 scoops of peanut butter, a glass of milk, 1 yogurt an apple.
