i started my keto diet sunday and today was my first workout.
i was so tired from my workout half way thru, way more than usual. is this common when going on a keto diet and will it change?

It will be that way for the first week or 2 man until you are used to the diet. Same thing happened to me yesterday....it was like i couldnt lift anything i could last week....just stick with it...i happen to try and eat an hour before i lift to help.

I too went through the tired thing - actually felt after one workout (as im sitting at my desk) - that I was in serious danger of falling asleep!
But its weird - Ive got keto sticks right and am yet to test anything on those.
This is week 2 of keto - ive posted my diet here before and it apparently looks good - but I'm not testing on those sticks?
Week 1 I def had the headaches/tiredness - now I have energy and did probably my best leg session I have in a long time.
So am I or arent I in Ketosis?! I cant tell. I guess I am huh?
