    whey right after, caseinate at night, but in the morning??

    ok from what i understand i want to take a good serving of whey isolate right after i do my workout.
    a protien drink with some caseinate in it before bed.
    but what kind do i want to take in the morning???


    also why were are discussing taking it several times.....
    is there any way to know how much your body will abosrb at one time?
    i mean if we knew that wouldnt we know how often to take the mess?

    Use pure whey protein when you want fast digestion and absorption: first thing in the morning and right after workout.

    The rest of the day, stick to a protein blend with some whey and some casein.

    You really shouldn't need to use protein sups very often, I mean they shouldn't be a part of your daily routine beyond post workout. Try to get as much as you can from your diet. To answer your question though milk or a blend like pro blend 55
