if you don't want to eat it why not make some, and then take a **** in it. Will turn you off it for good guarenteed.
either that or eat it until you throw up and eat the throw up. you won't be able to eat it again after that either but it will also ruin your day.
I did that with fries and I couldn't eat them now if I wanted too.The only reps that should matter are the ones that happen in the gym.
I am weak :(

Well, this is a stupid thread to begin with. Honey bunches of oats? Avoiding? It's not like they're 24,000 calories per serving with 5 pounds of sodium, jesus. I see nothing wrong with them besides going slightly off a diet, it's not like they'll make anyone put weight on even if they were to eat them every day if the rest of their meal plan was good...

lol wow, yeah it was intended to be just for a laugh, but i guess a cheat isnt a cheat according to you unless it has 24000 calories.
from what most people see as a cheat is a craving and then just simply satisfying that craving or not, usually with less then 24000 calories
but yeah supposed to be a light hearted thread, thankslosing is a habit...so is winning

My bad for coming off as an *******, been having a bit of a weird day. Apologies.
What I was trying to say was that I consider that to be a fairly harmless food that just so happens to taste amazing (I love it. <3), so I wouldn't worry about eating it even if it was every day as long as the rest of your meal plan was good.
