    Thumbs up 20 lbs in 2 months

    Hi, im a 6'3 male and ive been lifting for 5 years now.I have fast metabolism so its hard for me to keep my weight up naturally.In the beginning of Nov I recieved a bunch of supplements that some people recomended.The supplement were BSN nitrix, CEX by VPX, MASS tech, MHP up your mass, EAS myopro whey, M1test, Mega man multivitamin, Tribex and vitrix.I was at 180 naturally benched 225 lbs X 3 and squatted 205 x5.I work out 5 times a week for an hour and a each day, I always superset and dont do cardio.

    First 2 weeks: Nitrix + CEX as recomended.
    M1Test 10 mg+ MASS tech twice a day
    Eat real food 3 times a day
    total calorie intake 3500- 4000 cals

    2 Weeks off cycle: Nitrix+ CEX as recomended
    Tribex as recomended
    Myopro whey 40 grams twice a day
    Eat real food 3 times a day
    total cals about 3000

    5th and 6th week:Nitrix + CEX as recomended.
    M1Test 10 mg+ Up your mass twice a day
    Eat real food 3 times a day
    total calorie intake 3500- 4000 cals

    7th and 8th week:Nitrix+ CEX as recomended
    Vitrix as recomended
    Myopro whey 40 grams twice a day
    Eat real food 3 times a day
    total cals about 3000
    After 2nd week ive gained 10 lbs (190 lbs)
    After 6th week ive gained another 10 lbs (200 lbs)
    I bech 225 X10 and squat 225 X 5 (ive had a back injury so i dont go heavy)
    Feel free to ask me about the supps Ive taken they all worked for me.

    Ps. Right now im just maintaining my weight with myopro whey and about 3000cals per day.Im still 200 lbs.

    Awesome job so far C3M,
    You mention that right now you're maintaining and that you're at 200lbs, is that a long term goal or are you looking to bulk? I assume from being in the powerlifting area you would be looking to put on mass? Good job so far, keep up the great work bud!

    Good job, but you should really increase your amount of meals to 6-8. Eating well will ALWAYS be better than any amount of supplements you could take.

    Ps, you and I seem to have a similar waist in that fat deposits on the sides a bit.

    Im mainly trying to maintain because its been difficult to do that in the past,if I gain a pund or two of muscle ill be amazed because so far my body tends to slim down as soon as i stop training and eating alot.Ive been off m1test for over a month now and i am still at 200 which is awesome. The 6-8 meals is difficult for me to do because I cook my food and cooking that many meals takes a bit of time which I dont have ,but i will add another weight gainer per day which will add up to 6 meals a day. So far my meals are:

    Breakfast-2-3 servings of oatmeal and 3 eggs.

    Inbetween- 2 servings of whole grain cerial with 2 scoops of protein and 2 servings of soymilk.( about 60 g of protein)

    Lunch-vegetables, 2-3 sevings of pasta,can of starkist tuna, red salmon,2 slices of cheese(close to 70 g protein)

    Inbetween-2 servings of whole grain cerial with 2 scoops of protein and 2 servings of soymilk.( about 60 g of protein)

    Dinner-vegetables, 2-3 sevings of pasta,can of starkist tuna, chicken breast ,2 slices of cheese(close to 70 g protein)

    starting next week ill add 2 scoops of protein before bedtime.

    The diet looks decent, simple and to the point..i like it. Not sure on the supplement you asked but i'll bump this back up hopefully someone will be able to help you out.

    Yeah, im still 200lbs and bout the same strength. I will be doing 2 more cycles of M1test next week. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off each.Hoping to gain 15 to 20 more lbs. Ill be doing same routeen as last time exept without nitrix(pain in the a$$ taking it 3X a day on an empty stomach).This time im including a protein shake at 3 am each night which will give me the boost of energy during my morning workout.(i get up at 6 and go to the gym)

    anyone have any advise on how much of this stuff i should take. ive taken 1 ad like 6 tabs a day for like 4 weeks or more ive doen 1 test and other stuff but not m1test yet do u think i should go with like 6 of these too and for how long
