hey guys not sure if this has already been asked or not but struggling to find a good answer, first off I weight 190 pound and I'm 28 years old, I'm currently eating 240g of protein a day, currently 4 weeks into a cycle and a friend is telling me I should up my protein while I'm on a cycle? Not sure whether or not I need to? Made me really confused, I think my protein at the moment may be a little to high if anything and was thinking of dropping it to 200 and having extra 40g of carbs, any help would be very much appreciated cheers

I think 240 grams is fine. Dr Peter Lemon previously posted a study if you want to look it up that shows when a person is dieting and also doing a resistance program 1.4 grams per pound proved optimal over lesser amounts. I dont know if the same is true while bulking though. I usually try to stay within that 1g to 1.4 g range either way
