Between the Porsche Cayenne Turbo, Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG, and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8...which would you choose and why?

My cousin has a Cayenne Turbo. Sweet car. Defiantly the one I'd chose out of those 3.

SRT8 - 13.5 1/4
Cayenne Turbo - 13.8 1/4
ML63 - 13.3 1/4
Man, that Cayenne is sure "munching" the others.

Jeep maintance will be cheaper since its an American vehicle. Other two are nice but you are going to get raped when something breaks.

why do people buy high performance trucks? The performance and handling are inferior to that of a sports car plus its not like you can take them off road.

Porsche, nicer interior then the srt-8 IMO. The srt-8 is also being popular too quickly, feeling it's gonna be played out soon. The Ml's never appealed to me. I like it in black only, for some reason it always looked too much like a minivan from midway to the back.

Because its more impressive to see a 7,500lb truck run a 11 second 1/4 than a car

Making an SUV fast in a straight line is relatively easy - the impressive thing about the Cayenne is that it's fast in the corners also.

Hell yeah. Plus, you have that power, with more size room and safety. Why not? Srt-10 Ram 1500 Quad Cab = <3 Safe, own a majority of cars and tons of trucks and suvs...

The Mercedes is a piece of crap. The Jeep is well a Jeep. When people ask you what type of car you drive you will have to explain that your Jeep is not a regular Jeep and subsequently you will have to explain SRT-8 to most people. The Cayenne is both a nice car and fairly unique. Plus Porshe is an a lot more respectable name than Mercedes and especially Jeep

Buddy had a Dakota R/T (not the same league, but similar idea) and beating up on Mustangs and such was fun. Only thing I really hate about this segment is they are almost always autos. Not sure if I would get a Ram but I do dig it for the six speed.

Someone who only has one parking spot and wants the best of both worlds might strongly consider a high performance truck. I posted a thread about my situation a little while ago:

WOW
some of you guys really think that how fast it is in the 1/4 mile is REALLY what this is all about
Porsche and Mercedes have ALOT more to offer than "it goes fast"

When in daily driving do you ever take a turn at 90? Unless you are just trying to be an idiot. Another thing you might consider is different people have different tastes. I know this might be a hard concept for you to understand but just because you don't like it doesn't mean other people don't.
