Got some Met-RX micronized that has been on the shelf for a while. I can't remember if I have heard of the effective shelf life, what do you think?

I've used creatine as long as a year on the self. Is it clumpy? If so, you got some moisture in there some how. Not good. If you see no clumps, you should be fine.Originally posted by JimmyZ
