    whats my BF, when to start lean bulk

    I lost around 12 pounds already on cut. training for 18months.
    BF estimate?
    Im now 176lb and just below 6foot. Shall i cut some more to see defined abs or i should start lean bulk.
    i think i have bad abs genetics btw, all fat goes to belly area.
    waist size around belly button 33inch
    waist size below ribs 31inch

    Torso pics are kinda flexed
