    Tricep pull downs no burn

When i do tricep pull downs i dont feel a burn? but when i do the movement my triceps get really tense like they're hard as a rock, does that mean i'm still working it even though i dont feel it?

Yeah you're working it, i dont really train for a "burn" but if you want it to burn, do dropsets. Or just lower the weight and do way more reps

Take two steps back and once you get to the bottom of the movement bring the elbows backwards. For me this helps keeps the muscle under tension through the whole movement.

I felt them a lot last time. I did them right after dips. Maybe you should try that too.

Keep your elbow back, so you're pulling the rope down and behind. I switched to DB kickbacks. Feel them much better and it's easier on my elbows
