Just a quick comment
And I mean this in the best possible way, I'm not being critical or anything....and am hoping you kick it at the contest. Just offering some objective opinion so you can do well. Back needs more width. You can tell you got the potential and they are just dying to come out...will just require a bit of specializing to help your those lats really flare.

thanx for ur comments guys. it is just the beggining for me, i am gonna keep getting bigger but it is just a matter of time. 3 MAIN THINGS that i do: enough food(enough=eat like a f**kn animal) , enough rest,intense heavy training. i am gonna use every drop of sweet i have to win this contest.

you need some work on your rear lat spread. dont hunch over like that. pull them out then lean back into it so your body is almost straight up. you are huge. once you cut your gonna look so good. i say work more on your legs they seem to be lackin. good work though. how much did you weight when you started and how much now?
