MST Shred XS Hardcore
Thanks to MST, Spaceclown, & NCangey0513 for selecting me to test out this product.
Product info can be found at the bb.com store http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ms...shardcore.html
Got my bottle along with some samples yesterday, began taking the Shred XS Hardcore today, Dosing will be 2 pills a day one in the am and one around noon.
Energy has been good today nice and smooth no sudden rush no crash, just a nice smooth slightly higher level than normal, very minor increase in sweating. No noticeable effect on appetite, though this is not something I expect to change as I have little to no appetite most days anyway.
Will do a weigh in tomorrow morning.

Workout went well this morning energy levels were about normal, didn't work up much of a sweat due to taking my time today, and just doing light cardio. Noticed the heavy bag missing again, so if its not there tomorrow I'll probably go for a run instead.

Ok today I was sweating like crazy, I was dripping by the 2nd set of dips, and was completely soaked by the end of cardio. Energy levels are just slightly elevated, no jitteryness just more energy. Finally got a dip belt so today was my first day doing weighted dips, felt great considering it wasn't too long ago I couldn't even do a single body weight dip . Taking it slow with the rack pulls as I don't want to aggravate my si joint.
Workout
4 sets 8 reps
Rack pulls - 185
Dips - 25
DB shouder press - 40s
Hammer grip pulldown - 140
Single Leg Ext. - 75
HS MTS Crunch - 40
Cardio - 30 min. kickboxing on heavy bag.

Once again energy has been slightly elevated, nice and smooth no jitteryness or crashes. Appetite is normal for me which means pretty much never hungry . Focus was a bit more than normal, had better concentration on squeezing out the reps instead of just lifting. Sweating was slightly higher than normal for a high rep day. Added 10 min. to treadmill time.
Today is a carb up day, and I'm making Pizza, haven't had one since March
4 sets 16 reps
Leg press, narrow - 290
Incline BB - 95
Low pulley row - 45
One arm tri pressdown - 30
Rev CB Curl - 25
DB lateral raise - 15s
Cardio - 30 min. Treadmill 3.2 mph 2.5 incline.

Woke up dragging ass, energy came on once I hit the gym though, and I breezed through the workout. Kind of hurt my hand during the last kickboxing session so i went for a run instead, decided to go 2 miles instead of 1, damn was it harder than I thought it would be, I enjoyed it though. I've decided to set a new goal of getting to 3 miles in 20 min by the end of this year.

Off day today, yesterday's workout was nice and easy, hand is a bit better but now my left hammy is bothering me , hoping its just a bit of sciatica acting up and not a strain, I'll find out when i try to run on it on Tuesday. Energy levels have again been just slightly elevated, appetite is normal, no crashes and my sleep has actually gotten better this week which is surprising.

no crashes sounds good. i wait it when they happen as i have to wager if i can afford to crash that day. if i have things to get on with then a crash can really set me back a bit before ending the day.

Well someone went to town on the AC at the gym, didn't work up any sweat whatsoever until I started running. Workout, otherwise, went well got in all my lifts, and added a little more distance to the run, I will be adding a little bit each week until I get to 3 miles then I'll work on getting the time down after that. That extra lap was evil, hit the wall halfway through it and had to keep telling myself not to stop. I started out way too fast since I've gotten used to just going a single mile, I pretty much continually slowed down through the entire second half of the run, overall time wasn't so bad considering how slow it seemed I was moving towards the end.

Well with school rapidly approaching I decided to start working out in the afternoon/evening again, I had gotten used to being able to use things without having to wait, definitely not the case today. Gym was pretty full, and someone went to town on the AC again , once I started sweating I started getting cold which sucked. The hammy started tightening up a bit on the treadmill, but towards the end it loosened up to where it wasn't too bad. I may end up switching back to the elliptical if this continues as it was fine running its just the treadmill that seems to cause me problems.

Today's workout was f'in great, felt strong on everything, and the joints were being cooperative. Gym wasn't freezing today and I worked up a good sweat right away, and then had an excellent kickboxing session afterwards. The rack pulls felt really good, and I'm going to consider trying deads again next week provided the SI joint doesn't act up in the next few days.

Normally its not bad its just been the last few days that some whackjob has gotten hold of the thermostat apparently. Some days its a good temp, some days its a little warm, and a few times its feckin cold.
Today's lifting session went very well, the cardio afterwards sucked bad though. I hit the wall with a little over half a mile to go in the run, my lungs were burning like hell, but I kept on going felt like complete crap afterwards. My time sucked as well .

Ok I'm tired, went and did two separate cardio sessions today . Did some aerobics at home, then went and hit the weights at the gym, and ran after that . Added deadlifts back into the program, went light today, my SI joint is a little tight right now hopefully it won't be a problem, and I can slowly work my way back up in weight. I've also decided to just concentrate on getting up to the 3 mile mark first on the run then worry about how fast I'm running it, so runs will not have a time to them anymore.
At home 30 min. Tae Bo type aerobics

Just a quick update, workouts have gone great, strength is coming back up, energy and endurance have both been excellent. Diet has been right on track. Now to the bad news , I'm going on vacation until Monday, so my diet may be less than stellar until then . I will not be keeping record of what I'm eating though I will probably keep it relatively clean, because truthfully junkfood doesn't much appeal to me anymore anyways.
Next update will probably not be until Tuesday.
