Conditioning
Power Snatch: worked up to 225x1 (from above the knee)
Snatch Pulls: 225/235/245/255/265/275x5
DB Bench (slight incline): 65x15x5 (30 seconds rest)
Seated Row: 175x15x5 (30 seconds rest)
Pull Apart: band x15x5
Elbow Rehab:
DB Rev. Wrist Curls: 20x12x3
DB Wrist Curls: 50x12x3
Notes: wrist curls done with arm angled across bench, as stable as possible, very strict, paused at top of rep (rev. only). Wrist curls (regular) done with db rolled to end of fingers at every rep.
Will actually start working the COC grippers a bit next cycle. Nothing critical, just to see what I can do with them.

YEAHHH!! This I been waiting for mate!! What grippers have you got? Wouldn't be surprised if you take down the #2 from 1st attempt. Any plans how you will train with them?

Whats with the elbow? Depending on the nature of the problem IronMind's extensor bands are very good for eldow rehab. I've had great results myself, plus another I recommended them to.

Conditioning
Overhead Squats: 95 to 225 x2 (ten pound increments)
Drop snatch: bar for a few sets
Snatch: Light, back was cramping
Good mornings: worked up to 225 very strict and deep to stretch out lower back.
