Peanut butter
Peanut butter and jelly
Honey
Butter and sugar

but what else combinations are out there?

a turkey rueben sounds good right about now, or a tuna melt w/soup. damn i need to get some ezekial bread today/tomorrow.

I cannot find that damn bread anywhere is it any different the if u were to buy 100%stond ground whole wheat or the Low -carb tortilla factory tortialla's which I heard were also good. I am not a big fan of bread in general I guess , but I did look for this in the frozen food section of albertons and they did not have it

Hey six, La Tortilla Factory low carb tortillas are GREAT and their ingredient list is top notch. Lots of fiber, lots of protein, no simple carbs.

If you want a way to spruce up bread without any extra calories, make toast, then sprinkle a tiny bit of vanilla DaVinci syrup, cinnamon, and splenda on it. Voila, cinnamon french toast. Damn delicious, it is.

Might sound nasty but one day I took a meal of yam and tuna in a tupperware bowl and I had them seperated by some saran wrap. Well that didn't last long and the tuna got all mixed in with the yam.. I ate it and it was hella good. I think that would be good on a sammich, or try the turkey and yam

ask the people who work there where ezekiel bread is. sometimes its in refrigerated section by milk and sometimes it's in the bread aisle. if albertsons doesnt carry it, check another major supermarket in your area. get cinn. raisin when u find it. then sesame is good to.

They had no clue what I was talking about lol, I looked in the bread aisle and the milk etc aisle, what the nutritional facts on this, the Tortrialla's may be better

six, if you are near a whole foods market, they definately have it there and ive also seen them at gnc stores before too.

Today I had 3 egg whites, 1 yolk, and 1 slice of Fat free cheese between two piece of bread. Was so good!
