cans of tuna with bread (sammiches)

beef jerky are good options.

I personally will just use whey n pb and some grinded oats for a road trip.

protein bars are also a good option but I highly recommend becuase they are all crap.... well not all but damn near most of them.

other then that or stopping at a restauraunt/fast food there really isn't much you can do

Whey protein is huge!
also some good snacks:
raw veggies
trail mix
beef jerkey
protein bars
fruit - apples,oranges,bananas.. etc etc
Almonds

also when u go out to eat try to get variety and limit to healthy chioces.. salads are good but try to get lean meats on them regardless of where u eat such as turkey and chicken

watch the sauces they try to put on them

sure u can go for a hamburger or whatnot but try to avoid all the extra fat from bacon and cheeses etc etc

try to stick to finiding good cuts of protein, and strive for complex carbs

maybe snack on some oatmeal, whole grain cereals/bread if u want to carry that along

also maybe a small container of peanut butter might do a job!

Nowadays you can find a plain side salad at any airport, gas station, supermarket, etc.

Just take along some tuna pouches (draining not necessary), some almonds and you're all set for a nice healthy meal on the run.

If you'll be gone a while, pack;

- Tuna pouches
- Oats
- Whey
- Almonds/Nuts
- Individual servings of mustard, salt and pepper (just grab from a fast food joint or 7-11)
- La tortilla factory low carb tortillas (very versitile and quite tasty)

http://www.latortillafactory.com/jad...tilla_Talk**mb

- Apples, bananas, peaches (any fruit not requiring refridgeration or too fragile for travel)
- Baby carrots, celery, raw brocolli, raw cauliflower

You can make some pretty tasty meals in a crunch with this stuff, and it can be found anywhere.
