    why did i lose weight after getting off of whey?

    dont know why but i lost about 8 lbs i guess.

    Exactly. Expecially if you took in quite a few whey shakes it would leave a big hole in your diet. Thats the only sensible explanation there is really.

    Whey has its fair share of calories, I guess you relied on the calories from the supplemens and didn't replace them with whole foods when you went off it. Hence the decrease in weight.

    Recently my apetite took a kick in the nackers and I've lost some weight. Mostly water though from creatine cycle.
