Just wondering if anyone wears these for squats and/or deadlifts? I never have but wonder if it might help.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by compression shorts. I do, however, wear spandex type shorts (kinda like bike shorts i guess) on my lower body days. Dont like my junk flopping around when I'm going ATG or trying to pull heavy.

If you mean briefs I wear loose ones everytime I squat. I had to start doing this because my hips couldn't take the abuse from my wide stance.
