Hey guys,
On monday I will be going to California to train for basketball for 3 weeks. I will be doing a ton of cardio, lifting, plyos, etc every day while im there and I was wondering what would be the best supplement to help me recover quick from all this. Thanks in advance for all your help.

good diet, coQ10, pH buffer such as beta-alanine, b-vitamins, water, electrolytes. you may also wish to add in sulbutiamine for combating fatigue

Is that too much? Too less? Im new to this kind of stuff. And if this is the right amount would I just take them all as suggested?

I checked out that link & it mentions Flax seed oil. I am taking fish oil right now. You do not want to take both at the same time do you? When I decided to choose fish oil over flax seed the benefits seemed to be better. But myself also being a basketball player, should I now switch over to Flax seed oil? I did not know that Flax seed "provides energy, prevents the breakdown of muscle tissue and enhances mental clarity and focus"

This is what they all say,
Purple Wrath: Directions: To assess your individual tolerance, combine 1/2 scoop with 4 oz of water and consule if before, during and/or after your workout. Shake well before drinking.
Combine 1-2 scoops of Purple Wraath with 6-14 oz. of water, and consume it pre-workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout).
Body Octane: Directions: On training days mix one level scoop in 12 oz. of water or with a sports drink twice daily. Take one serving approximately 30 minutes prior to exercise and another serving first thing in the morning or in the afternoon depending on what time you train. Each serving should be seperated by a minimum of 5 hours. On rest days take one serving upon waking and one serving before sleep.
Cordygen5:
Directions: Take one caplet three times daily or 30-60 minutes prior to weightlifting or endurance activity.
Beta Alanine: Directions: On Training Days: take one serving 30-45 minutes prior to exercise and one serving post workout.
On Non-Training Days: Consume one serving prior to your first meal of the day and another serving 6-8 hours later.
I just dont know if I should take that much stuff prework out. Im sure it wouldnt hurt I just want to make sure.
