Just wondering.
I'm just starting to do close grip bench press which is amazing, but is there any better exercise for hitting the lower head of the tricep by the elbow.
Thanks

The lower head is activated when the forearm is extended away from the upper arm when the palm is supinated (palms facing your body). I would say that tricep kickbacks are good for lower head development....
