Day 2:

Yesterday was my first dose.
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1 capsule Throttle 1400X

Workout - Chest & Tris:

db bench: 3 sets
db incline bench: 3 sets
cable x-overs: 4 sets
behind back rope pressdown: 3 sets
over head rope extensions: 3 sets
CGBP: 2 sets
dips: 2 sets

My last couple of workout before this had been just bad. I'm back at home and I'm working out, and working at the Gold's in my area. I've been pretty distracted lately.

Yesterday's workout wasn't awesome or anything but it was my first "good" workout in a while. I can't say i noticed a whole lot of energy, but enough focus to have a decent workout. The only other thing that I noticed was a real nice pump in my chest. I don't know if that was due to the Throttle or not. I may be upping the dose to 2 pre-workout soon.

Glad you got the bottle. I am sure the Throttle had something to do with some of the pumps. I tested it here locally and with some others before the release and people did report good pumps, focus and energy. I think it will be different for everyone energy wise, but I do love the focus it gives in the gym. Keep up the good log.. Depending on dosages, I might send out a few more bottles to a few of your guys so you can do a 30 day cycle at 2 a day and have some do a 30 day cycle at 1 a day.. I will let everyone know after the holiday... Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the comments, and if a mod could change the title to "Myochem" that would be appreciated. I did think the huge chest pump I got was kinda odd for using an energy product, but then I remembered there is ALA and vanadyl sulfate in there. Good stuff. And what is Salix Alba anyway?

Day 2:

Today's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1 capsule Throttle 1400X

Workout - Back, Bis, forearms:

wide grip chins: 3 sets
lat shrugs: 3 sets
incline db rows: 4 sets
bb curl: 2 sets
cable rev. curl: 3 sets
concentration curl: 3 sets
behind back bb wrist curl: 3 sets

Again I notice way better than normal bicep pumps. Now, I'm sure it's attributable to the Throttle. Energy was good, but not super high. Not a huge agressive or jittery feeling like some other products. Focus was also better than ussual as well as better mind muscle connection and feeling of contractions. Kind of similar to Neurostim+C but in a different way. Its like a more physical connection and Stim was more mental, if that makes any sense.

That is perfect. I wanted to make it an energy product, but not one that gets you all jittery and then makes you crash. I just wanted one that would give you energy and help focus with no crash. Keep up the great log.

Day 4:

Yesterday's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1 capsule Throttle 1400X

Workout - Delts, traps, abs:

db press: 3 sets
lying side press: 3 sets
cable rev. flyes: 3 sets
cable laterals: 3 sets
incline db shrugs: 5 sets
armpit shrugs: 3 sets
cable crunches: 3 sets
ball crunches: 3 sets

Focus was good during yesterday's workout. Energy very good, but again, not jittery. Nice DOMS going on today in the traps, rear delts, and abs, so I know I got in good powerfull contractions. I really think Throttle is helping me focus on contracting the muscle being worked.

Day 5:

Yesterday's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1 capsule Throttle 1400X

Workout - Legs:

Warmup: 4 min run
ATG squats: 4 sets
SLDL: 3 sets
Leg press: 3 sets

Yeah that was the shortest leg workout ever. Had to skip calves because I needed to start work. I could have lifted a lot longer of course, and this day was not a fair test for Throttle. I did go extremely intense however, and wasn't burned out even after the leg presses.

Today I will get in some chest and tris and report back

Day 5:

Today's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1 capsule Throttle 1400X

Workout - Chest & Tris:

incline db press: 3 sets
db press: 3 sets
cable x-overs: 3 sets + drop
Behind back rope press: 3 sets
Overhead rope press: 3 sets
CGBP: 3 sets
Bench dips: 3 sets

Hell yeah! That was a 4 star workout. Would have been 5 stars is some dude undrestood what "spot me, get my elbows" meant. I just needed help getting the db's up on the first rep. When he was standing to the left side of me when I started the press, I knew I was in trouble, then he moved the the right place but gave me as much help as a 5 year old kid would, and the right db fell and it fvking hurt my elbow. Anyway, I got 2 sets with that weight after he left on my own anyway. The rest of the workout went awesome, and I got another great chest pump. The last 2 chest wourkouts have given me just about the best pumps I've ever had. I must be really sensitive to the Vanadyl or something. My energy and focus were awesome and the workout went really well.

The elbow is strting to feel like **** though. I should have known he doesnt know **** about lifting when he asked me during my shoulder workout if the lying side press I was doing was for my obliques!

Tomorrows an off day, gym is closed.
Merry Christmas!!!

Oh, and I know before Throttle was giving me a moderate level of extra energy and no agressive feeling.

Today I definitely felt more energy than ussual and some serious agression. Maybe the Throttle is starting to kick in more, or maybe I'm just mad that I can't work out tomorrow.

Bammy,
Glad to see things are going so good with it. Keep up the great log. I can't wait to see what you think of it in a few more days and towards the end of the cycle.

Day 57

Today's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1 capsule Throttle 1400X

Workout - Back, Bis, forearms, calves:

wide grip chins: 3 sets
lat shrugs: 3 sets
incline db rows: 3 sets
Reverse cable curl: 3 sets
alt. db curl: 3 sets
bb concentration curl: 3 sets
behind back wrist curls: 3 sets
seated calf raise: 3 sets + drop

After all the holiday junk food, I was feeling kind of bad this morning. However I pulled out of it and ended up having a good workout. Not feeling as much energy or agression as before, but the focus was still there. So far, I have not noticed any thermogenic effects such as increased sweating of higher body temperature.

Bammy,
At 1 cap a day, I doubt you will notice a ton of Thermogenic activity. If you want to see how that comes into play, bump it up to two a day. Also, Since your log is great, I am going to send you out another bottle to be one of the testers that does 2 a day.

Day 8

Today's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1.5 capsules Throttle 1400X

Workout - Delts, traps:

bb press: 4 sets
lying side press: 3 sets
bent over db laterals: 3 sets
cable laterals: 3 sets
incline bench db shrug: 3 sets
behind back bb shrug: 3 sets

I wanted to up my dose, but thought jumping from 1 to 2 might be knda harsh so I opened a capsule and poured half in water and drank it. So, 1.5 caps today. My intensity was super high today. Still no thermogenic effect noticed, but I was focused and full of non jittery energy. Awesome workout! I really need to be leaving myself more time to workout because I'm finding myself still full of energy after 1 hr. of lifting. Tomorrow I'm upping it to 2 caps. Oh, and I also noticed that I'm looking harder and more vascular than I ever have. I noticed this during cable laterals. I was surprised how my arms were looking.

Day 9

Today's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 2 capsules Throttle 1400X

Workout - Legs

Warmup - .5 mi. run
Squats: 5 sets
SLDL: 3 sets
leg press: 3 sets
one leg curl: 2 sets
leg extension: 2 sets
45 degree calf: 3 sets
standing calf: 3 sets

Extremely intense workout. I just gave it everything I had, and I had plenty of energy and focus. I was in my own fired up world. Did not even start to feel beat until finishing extensions. I felt warmer today finally, since I took two capsules of Throttle. But still no extra sweating. After the work out, I did crash, but I don't know if that was because I took two caps of Throttle, or because that was the hardest workout I have had in a very long time.

That is awesome that your workout was so great. Like I said in a previous post, for those taking 2 caps a day, I am going to release either a 60 or 90 ct bottle too. Keep up the killer work.

Day 10:

Today's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 2 capsules Throttle 1400X

Workout - Chest & Tris:

db press: 3 sets
incline db press: 3 sets
cable x-overs: 3 sets + drop
Behind back rope press: 3 sets
Overhead rope press: 3 sets
CGBP: 3 sets
Bench dips: 3 sets (supersetted with CGBP)

Today the pump in my chest was not as incredible as the past two chest workouts. I had a really good tri pump though. I swear, since I've been on Throttle, my tris have been looking awesome, even during a bicep workout. Enery and focus both on point, still no sweating. I sweated like crazy on Thermorexin, don't know why Throttle is not having this effect on me.

Day 11:

Today's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 2 capsules Throttle 1400X

Workout - Back, Bis & forearms:

Deadlifts: 3 sets
Various grip chins: 3 sets
Lat shrugs: 3 sets
reverse cable curl: 3 sets
altrenate bd curl: 3 sets
bb curls: 2 sets
behind back wrist bb curl: 3 sets

Good workout, with weight or reps increasing in everything. One bad thing is that into the biceps, my heart was beating very fast. Like too fast for me to be comfortable with. I tried to breath slowly and deeply to chill it out but it kept going. I was also sweating a little more than ussual today, finally.

Ok, Im back home. Here is and update from when I was gone.

Day 12:

Friday's workout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1 capsules Throttle 1400X

Workout - Delts, Traps, Abs:

db press: 4 sets
reverse cable fly: 3 sets
cable laterals: 3 sets
incline db shrugs: 3 sets
armpit shrugs: 3 sets
cable crunch: 2 sets
incline reverse crunch: 2 sets
swiss ball crunch: 2 sets

Today I went to 2 cap because I was worried that 2 might be too much. Still having great workouts; upped the weight in db presses for the first time in a while.

Day 13:

Saturday'sworkout
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 1 capsules Throttle 1400X

Workout - Legs:

ATG squats: 4 sets
Leg press: 3 sets
sissy squats: 3 sets
lying leg curls: 3 sets
seated calf raise: 3 sets

I did this workout at a gym in Ocean City, where I was for New Years. Still getting my workouts in even on vacation Even though I was out of my element, I was still making improvements and still focused! Those sissy squats burn, this was the first time I tried them.

Day 14:

Today's Workout:
30 min. before workout - had 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 2 capsules Throttle 1400X

Workout - Chest, Tris, and some cardio:

db press: 3 sets
incline db press: 3 sets
cable fly: 3 sets
overhear rope ext.: 3 sets
Behind back rope ext.: 3 sets
dips (supersettes with above): 3 sets
Cardio: 12 min. HIIT

Went back to 2 caps today, no problems.
Even though my energy and focus were good today, my strength was noticeably down. I lost a rep on each set of db presses at the same weight as last week. Less of a pump for some reason too. I assume this is due to having the worst diet for the pat few days while away. Diet is really important! Oh well I will get it back. Oh and I also needed to get in a little cardio. I haven't been doing any lately and with diet so bad, I already notice the need. Cardio is never fun, but it wasn't that bad today, considering I haven't done any in a few weeks. Also, I noticed a LOT of sweating during the cardio.

Today's Workout:
30 min. before workout - had 1.5 scoops whey, 1/2 cut oats
15 min. before workout - had 2 capsules Throttle 1400X

Workout - Back, bis, forearms, abs:

wide grip chins: 2 sets
underhand chins: 2 sets
incline db row: 3 sets
lat pulldown: 3 sets
one arm cable row: 3 sets
reverse cable curl: 3 sets
hammer curl: 3 sets
alt. bd curl: 3 sets
high cable curl: 3 sets
behind back wrist curl: 3 sets
incline reverse crunch: 3 sets
swiss ball crunch: 3 sets
cable oblique crunch: 3 sets

Damn, it looks even longer when I type it out. Full of energy today. I knew I did plenty after I finished forearms, but I just didn't want to quit. Everything went great today. Strength was good, and I never seemed to tire. Pumps were very good as well. Sweating more than ussual again.

So I assume your favorite part about Throttle so far is that you feel like you need to be in the gym all the time and when you are in there, you don't want to quit, is that correct??

I am testing the Throttle 1400X also and I have to say that this is definitely a benefit of the product for me. I am frequently dragging by the time of my work-out because of my work hours. I've found that the Throttle helps get me motivated and gives me the energy to do more at my work-out than I planned.

That is great. As I stated in Proverbs log, you and Bammy will also be getting a second bottle so that you can do your 2 a day for 30 days. Keep up the great work.
