Hey guys,
I do cardio on 3 days a week basis..
I run fast on the treadmill for about 20 minutes.. and the last few minutes i run the fastest possible..( ofcourse to burn fat )
is this a good routine or walking/ running slow is better?
if i set the treadmill to fat burn it goes very slow and makes me walk not run..

The question in mind here is not how you want to burn fat, but how much effort you're going to put into conserving your muscle mass while getting rid of what you don't want. If you're working out besides losing weight, you should probably be doing low-intensity cardio on a protein shake in the morning and working out later in the day. If not, you seem like you have a pretty good idea of how to burn off those calories. Stick with it. You're right about running hardest at the end of your run. I'd combine a low-intensity cardio/high-intensity workout day with a high-intensity cardio/rest day for the most effective routine possible.
