    Should I take protein if I don't go to the Gym?

    So I am under the age of 16 and they won't let me get a Gym membership, I regularly workout at home, and am seeing improvements but not that much. So I was wandering is it safe to do at home workouts and take Whey protein?

    eat food, chicken. steak, tuna; Whey protein isn't necessary. Get your protein from real food
