what it is-well theres a lump under your nipple thats hard and it hurts to touch when you first get it, and it makes the nipple look puffy

i've had it for 1.5years and it hasnt gotten any better yet -.-

It's also something that every teenager thinks they have that has a slightly elevated level of chest fat. Hense they feel the need to create a thread about it on here every 5 minutes.
