Hydroxycut is great for losing weight in your wallet...
You can get the same results and ingredients from drinking green tea before cardio and between meals - and it's healthier.
I think it's time people started to realise the benefits of tea, health and diet-wise.You gotta go through hell to get the body made in heaven.

drop the hydrycut, it is garbage(anything from musclecrap is) . YOu can not build muscle and loose fat at the same time. In orfer to loose fat you have to be in a cal deficet, and in order to gain muscle you have to have an excess of cals. So if you can find a way to have both a defict and excess of cals then you will be rich. It is very possibel though to maintain the muscle you do have and drop the fat, thus lowering your overall bf%. Or you can try to bulk but clean, limiting the amount of fat you gain, this woudl also lower your overall bf%.

agreed with previous post.
btw, hydroxycut , together with all the other muscletech products, is grossly overpriced. admittedly they're not that bad a supp company save for the overt advertising (half my muscle magazines are their ads) and price. you would want to save money. and you can do that by either a) buying alternative fat burners that work just as well if not better, b) not resorting to fat burners and working on your diet / exercise plan
