Ok, this will be to see how much gains varied on 1-AD.
I would like to get everyones input that took it. This would be a good place so all could see.

There are over 8000ppl on this board, and I know there are more then 2 people who have used the stuff. Keep it going. This will be pefect reference someday, or even now when people want to know everyones gains. This way we don't get 200 posts asking.

When i first got it i really didnt know how much to take. So i wound up taking about 3-4 a day (depending on training day). After about three weeks i was about about 8lbs. I was very happy with it and most people asked me if i went on roids. So i would definetly take it again. As for bench wise i dont know why but i only went up about 10lbs. I wasnt happy at all for this.

Just started about 10 days ago
1. 500-600 mg
2. 10 days (Did 7 days of MAG-10 prior)
3. 190 (about 20% BF)
4. 195
- Stacking it with 4AD spray (~120-150 mg in the morning)
- Also take some 150 Andro poppers before workouts (usually evening) for the 4AD animal kick (I think 2 tabs have 128 mg. I take 3)
- Feel pumped constantly especially in my biceps
- Feel upbeat and masculine/aggressive but sometimes irritable
- Not quite as animalistic in the gym as with MAG-10 but its early
- Already pretty nice strength gains in shoulders and tri's.
- Hungry as hell all the time (probably the 4AD and the hard wo's)
- Horny as hell all the time (and I do mean horny, again prob. 4AD)
- Starting to feel fat. Somebody f??ing tell me how you eat like a horse and don't get fat. I work like an animal in the gym too.
- 4day split. I kick f??ing ass! I sweat my damn balls off.
- Workout pumps are sometimes overwhelming. I mean I feel like my biceps are gonna pop. Sometimes my shoulders too.
I can check back in later but I think my results are gonna be pretty good. It will all depend on how well I change-up my workouts to keep my body guessing. It seems to adapt very quickly to what I'm doing lately. It learns fast.

If another mod wants to make this a sticky, and the others too, then go ahead. For some reason, I can't do stickys??
But yeah, it would be nice to just scroll down on the board for a PH that you want info on (gains) and it will be right there. This way we don't have people digging through 100 posts to find the info. And if newbies have taken it, we can show them where to post the info.
If you want to make bb.com the best board, then we need help from members to do that.
If you have stacked one or another, just post it in what ever category you want.

I don't have actual numbers to go on here. I'm not the type that takes measurements and all that stuff but if I go off what others say about me, this stuff is incredible.
I saw some friends of mine about 4 weeks ago and then saw them again on Saturday the 29th.
I started taking 1AD on about the 4th of June. Prior to this I had a done MAG-10 for about a week.
They were amazed. We had gotten together to play some poker but the conversation pretty much centered all night on my gains. Incredible to me because only 2 weeks ago I took a full week off from working out completely. I continued taking the 1AD though to minimize any atrophy. I guess it worked.
They could not believe (and I am totally serious here) that I was not taking steroids. They said noone could make gains like that in 4 weeks without taking steroids.
These are pretty athletic guys too. Several of them lift weights consistently and 3 of them play on a serious tennis team. One coaches high school football.
One of them wouldn't stop asking me what I was doing. He wanted a complete checklist regimine. In short all were completely astounded.
This was a total schock to me as without measuring I really didn't have a good guage on my gains. I felt pretty good but not to the degree that they were impressed. Of course, we see ourselves in the mirror every day and gradual gains are not really that noticeable. It would take meticulous record keeping to see fully what those gains are.
Several people in the gym I workout at have said some things (like you must be taking something) but I think they are virtually in the same boat as myself. They see me almost every day and cannot pick up totally on the gradual gains.
I have to say that I am incredibly impressed by this product. No side-effects for me. No ball shrinkage, no hair loss, no loss of libido. I've worked out for a long time but never has anyone given me this kind of reaction and it was only after I had gone a full 26 days on 1AD.

Hi Fit,
Here's a slightly different view of 1-AD, that is from the perspective of the older workout warrior ie. 60 yrs.
I am now on my third cycle of 1-AD and swear by it. The cycles lasted 3wks, 4 wks and again now 4wks (1 to go). Each time I have used the 600 per day approach because I get results and limit any possible dangers from overdoing it. I stay heavy on saw palmetto and selenium as a back up. I followed each cycle up with an off/cutting cycle which was twice as long. I once tried to stack it with 4AD but after a few days with lots of zits popping out I quickly gave it up.When I had done Andro years ago the Zits effect equated to prostate growth and I don't want to go there again.
My weight gains have been normal, since I really up my intake in these bulking cycles (6 meals and all the normal protein rich foods with additional multi vitamins and amino acids). I gain 15 pounds and then shed about 7 or 8 afterwards while cutting.
Maybe because of my age the greatest effect has been on strength which has gone right off the charts. In my first trial with 1-AD I noticed big gains within 24 hrs. The second time it took a few days and this time about 1.5 wks to kick in.
Some then versus nows (for each cycle ie before after/at present for the three with 1-AD) include:
Close grip BP (Smith Machine)
4 X 175 to 3 X 200 to 5 X 225 to 10 X 250
1RPM max from 200 to now 300
Regular BP (SM)
5 X 200 to 8 X 225 to 5 X 250 to 5 X 5 X 275
1RPM max from 1 X 225 to now 1 X 315 ( I think I can do more here soon)
pull downs (sorry senior moment, equipment type is ?Twin Cam? where you load real plates on each side!
8 X 270 to 8 X 320 to 8 X 360 to 7 X 410
seated machine flys
10 X 120 to 10 X 140 to 12 X 150 to 8 X 170
Part of this effect is my now having the confidence to go all out despite my age and try to max every time whether it is singles, max heavy reps, fast, light reps or supersets with lighter weights.
By now for sides I notice some hair loss (not much there to begin with), slight libido loss and especially that I am tired a lot and now need 7 to 8 hours sleep each night.
Hope this helps in your data base. One of these days when I can get over my shame at my bf percentage (not too bad just not up to this boards BB level) versus the champs here maybe I'll post a few pics. Currently I am 213, 5'10 3/4" and will turn 61 soon.Dutch

Stacked 1-AD and 4-AD for 6 weeks. 3 1/2 days left on this cycle.
900Mg. of 1-AD, 1,000Mg. of 4-AD
Beginning weight 202 lbs.
Current Weight 218 lbs.
Best strength increase is in the Bench.
Before 250 lbs 6 reps.
After 250 16 reps. (Could possibly do more with a spotter.)
I have not seen much of a change in the weights I can handle with biceps, tris or delts. Mostly chest back and legs. I have added 90 lbs to my squats.
Body fat was kept relatively low during the cycle. I have cheated a bit and have varied my diet this past week, and can see a difference with smoothing around my midsection. (That's my own fault.) Kept water intake to over 1 gallon through the entire cycle. The only real negative side effect is muscle cramping in my lower back. Running is out of the question. Cardio at a slower pace on the treadmill is almost useless. I am only able to put in one to two miles before the pain in my back is excruciating.
I am hoping that this muscle cramping will subside once the stack is complete this week. Muscles seem to pump with little effort.
Saw minor issues with acne.
