Right now I am eating ~15-20 egg whites a day. Is that too much? It really helps keep my hunger down since I can eat so many and they are only 17cal each.

there are carbs in eggs...or eggwhites alone.
Just very minimal...probably 3g of carb in 1.25cup of eggwhiteDavinci flavor oppinions:
Banana-awesome
Pancake-awesome
cookie dough-good (not sweet but has flavor)
German Chocolate Cake- good (sweet, not strong)
PB- good(sweet, not strong flavor)
Gingerbread- good (taste like gingerale/no good on pancakes, okay in oatmeal)
Coconut- good. (has flavor..a tiny sweetness)
Macadamia Nut- good/poor
Danish Pastry-good (if you like cookie dough you would like this)
Blueberry-Awesome/good

Some people think you can get food allergies if you eat TONS of a certain food, but I think you are in the clear bro.

holy crap! 15-20 egg whites per day?????? I thought I was eating a lot by having about 5 / day.

That's fine man, just make sure to also get some other proteins in. Psychological exhaustion with foods can become a tremendous burden with limited food alternatives in a diet. Not to mention, the other nutrients available amongst the other sources of protein. But, that amount is definitely fine I buy 5 dozen eggs for 4.32 plus 6% tax.

well don't eggs have the highest percentage of protein that actually gets used for building muscle? I read that in Franco Columbo's book
88% of proteins from eggs are used for building muscle, whereas the next highest protein is most lean meats at 78%If Bodybuilding.com is smoke and mirrors I'm the windex and napkin.

Eat some whole eggs with your whites, more protein, whole egg has a higher BV than just the white, good fats and there are nutrients in the yolk that you can't get in any other foods.

Egg whites aren't going to cause you harm if that's what your question is.
